@chris00079 bench is good but add 25 rep set in the end slow

diet is good but drop corn and i want to see more omega 3 fats and fiber in there
 
nice job on the food pictures excellent amount of good quality fats and protein
 
sauna and stretching sounds really good hopefully you got some rest
 
be careful on inclines don't go too heavy
 
very nice healthy food and you're giving a lot of us ideas the eggs especially look amazing
 
I like the food pictures it shows that food can look good and taste good

@chris00079 avocado is good but still lacking omega 3 fats, please add more
 
@chris00079 thats a good supplement but how much per 1 cap of actual omega 3?
320mg EPA AND 210MG DHA PER CAP , im taking 4 per day

the seed mix is 36g per fat pee serv , the fist 2 ingredsients are chia and flax so should be some mored omega 3's in there also . is this enough ?
