the seed mix is 36g per fat pee serv , the fist 2 ingredsients are chia and flax so should be some mored omega 3's in there also . is this enough ?
@chris00079 with omega 3 we are talking about 1000s of mgs not 100s of MGs. So you would need 10-12 per day.

ok ill get more in to the diet , all beef i eat is orgranic grass fed and i cook in the tallow. thats said ill add in walnuts and flax oil to my salads . any other suggestions ?

Day 13 & 14 still couldn't train just sauna and stretch
diet was sub par . didn't eat junk just didn't eat enough

@chris00079 thats an interesting liver cleanse juice, its good to have but medically not sure
id like to see my psyllium husk too
 
that's definitely some interesting food
 
those green drinks actually look pretty good
