after 4 wk PCT i was advised this for a bridging stack , see below

was only going to Cardarine and Ostabolic as part of the PCT

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 AC-262 (Accadrine) 10 mg first two weeks then bump to 20 mg per day once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 n2guard

Mini pct 13-16

Clomid 50/25/25/25 OR Nolva 40/20/20/20

@chris00079 I wouldn't bridge with s4 personally, easier to go with cardarine testolone rad and ostarine mk and easier to get for you with n2guard.

A few questions here,
diet, it's not clear at all, we do need to see what you eating meals and foods and when you eat it
training, also not clear what you training, please share actual weights reps and sets
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you're using steroids so not knowing what you eat or how you train is not safe to do, important to log that


On pct, you need more time 6 weeks pct
clomid finish at 4
nolvadex add 10/5 last 2 weeks
aromasin only first 2 weeks
n2guard get it from n2bm or you'll get fakes https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/store/N2-GUARD-p75.html

ostarine mk2866 only use week 1-2 in pct
cardarine gw you can figure yourself but 10mgs is enough

Thanks I'll adjust the PCT accordingly as I will start this Monday Will post a new pic also. I'll aim to start logging nutrition and workout stats, im starting a new program to fit in with the PCT the Sarms bridg so Ill start logging next wk.

yes but I think if you lost a couple percent body fat you would look jacked
