Week 1:Testosterone 0.7ml (250mg/ml) + Primo 1ml (100mg/ml)
Week2: Testosterone 0.7ml (250mg/ml) + Primo 1ml (100mg/ml)
Week3: Testosterone 1ml (250mg/ml) + Primo 1ml (100mg/ml)
Week 4: Testosterone 1ml (250mg/ml) + Primo 1ml (100mg/ml)
Planning to do this for up to 16 weeks
Training: I don't have a certain program like others do as I see it's no point. I am not trying to follow the program but I am trying to let my exercise fit into my body
This means, if I feel a bit weird and bad, I go with less volume training but when I feel good, I go with high volume & high intensity (heavy weight) training. I am training as a full time job so most days I am in a good condition due to a well balanced sleep, diet and rehab exercise (massage, stretching and body alignment ).
For example: I don't count anything I can do more than 10 reps ( all warm ups: I usually do pyramid sets to reach) then working sets of 3-4 sets (6-10 reps)
Training 6-7 days a week ( legs x twice, upper body x 3 times)
Diet: 50% carbs, 30% proteins, 20% fats
Sleep: 8-9 hours
My question is what type of PCT do you guys recommend after 12-16 weeks of this cycle?
Maybe Clomid only enough? depending on the blood work?
Nolvadex is not necessary right?
Or should I just keep the testosterone 1ml for 4-6 weeks during PCT?
Please let me know.
