Week 1:Testosterone 0.7ml (250mg/ml) + Primo 1ml (100mg/ml)
Week2: Testosterone 0.7ml (250mg/ml) + Primo 1ml (100mg/ml)
Week3: Testosterone 1ml (250mg/ml) + Primo 1ml (100mg/ml)
Week 4: Testosterone 1ml (250mg/ml) + Primo 1ml (100mg/ml)

Planning to do this for up to 16 weeks

Training: I don't have a certain program like others do as I see it's no point. I am not trying to follow the program but I am trying to let my exercise fit into my body
This means, if I feel a bit weird and bad, I go with less volume training but when I feel good, I go with high volume & high intensity (heavy weight) training. I am training as a full time job so most days I am in a good condition due to a well balanced sleep, diet and rehab exercise (massage, stretching and body alignment ).

For example: I don't count anything I can do more than 10 reps ( all warm ups: I usually do pyramid sets to reach) then working sets of 3-4 sets (6-10 reps)
Training 6-7 days a week ( legs x twice, upper body x 3 times)

Diet: 50% carbs, 30% proteins, 20% fats

Sleep: 8-9 hours

My question is what type of PCT do you guys recommend after 12-16 weeks of this cycle?
Maybe Clomid only enough? depending on the blood work?
Nolvadex is not necessary right?

Or should I just keep the testosterone 1ml for 4-6 weeks during PCT?

Please let me know.

For the fist few weeks don't pyramid up the gear. It will build in your body. Start at the dose you wanna take.

Follow the perfect PCT in the stickies.

You don't run test during PCT. You run your cycle, stop the test and wait a few weeks for it to clear and then begin PCT.


What are you goals for this cycle?
I don't think primo at 100mg/wk is worth taking. If your trying to build i would just run test at 500mg/wk
 
primo 100mgs a week? that is a super low dose

you want to go 400mgs +

@champion thanks for sharing the log we were waiting on this

Training, guess training is very bad, you will not know how strong or weak your are and if you're making gains.
You need to start recording your exercises weights reps and sets.
diet, thats not clear how you got htose protein % or carbs, please share your meals foods and when you eat them
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I never said that I am doing guess training. Pro bodybuilders or advanced bodybuilders I believe they don't write what they have done everything at the gym as they know very well about their body.
I have been lifting more than 10 years previously and I have a degree in sports science & sports rehab related.
Jotting down reps and sets on the note is a waste of time and useless unless you are a novice or want to show your training program to others.

Like I said, every session I put every effort I have as training is my life. I don't waste my life for nothing.

I've been lifting 43 years and still have a structure. I'll check to see if there's a pic of how the body looks with this feeling my way along vibe
 
bros important to atleast show body, don't include face
or legs etc. so we get a sense of physique
 
My man you come on here for advice but how can we help you without knowing your situation
 
look at the other logs on here everybody has pictures up that's what editing and cropping is for nobody will know who you are it's completely Anonymous and safe
 
at the very least give very specific statistics that are accurate so we can get a sense of what you look like
 
i'm a big fan of primo or equipoise
either will work good for you here
