I never said that I am doing guess training. Pro bodybuilders or advanced bodybuilders I believe they don't write what they have done everything at the gym as they know very well about their body.
I have been lifting more than 10 years previously and I have a degree in sports science & sports rehab related.
Jotting down reps and sets on the note is a waste of time and useless unless you are a novice or want to show your training program to others.

Like I said, every session I put every effort I have as training is my life. I don't waste my life for nothing.
I do have a training structure otherwise I wouldn't be able to be the overall winner :)

Why dont you just blur your face, blur your tattoos and scars , no one will know you and you're anonymous on the forums.

Either way I'd like to see your training, at least start with posting up your exercises that day actual machines etc used so we know whats up.

And great you have a degree in sports science, so you can help on the forums and post more but for now start sharing with us.

I will try my best. I can help you guys with the training but not with the cycle yet:) I am still studying about the gears and supplements we have to take.

dont even run the primo at 100mg all the results coming from the test anyway with you set up. I would up test to 350mg weekly and no primo
 
I’m relatively new to primo as well… but from my understanding, research, and experience - you won’t really notice 100mg/week…

I would suggest either starting with 350-400/week (pin EOD) or primo, or scrap the primo all together and up the test.

As it sits, your test is only slightly above TRT dosing so I would be less concerned about PCS atm and more focused on your in cycle gear.

For reference, I am running 500 test and 800 primo and have hardly any sides or elevated blood work.

@SouthpawFit 100mgs/week you can notice something for sure if you are cutting but 800mgs of primobolan is killer :)

I pin primo twice a week at the max three times a week depending on cycle and other compounds at play.

You definitely want to run at least 300 milligrams of Primo minimum and 500 milligrams in my opinion is the sweet spot for a 200 pound man
 
with Primo if you're stacking some testosterone with it you can run in a little lower
 
back in the day we only had amps with Primo and they were a hundred milligram per milliliter it really sucked
 
have you checked the other logs of guys who have done Primo they had really good results
