Feeling great in the gym
A little hungrier due to being on lower calories than I'm used to but I'm slowly but surely tightening up
Abs are sharper and my hips have come in a bit which are both problem areas for me

This week went well gym sessions were solid and body weights holding about the same as low as 92kg some mornings others around 93kg
I'll see how it goes for another week before potentially dropping the cals or increasing my cardio to keep getting leaner
Lower back is always my last area to tighten up so once the love handles are gone I'll be happy and be able to transition into a lean gaining phase which I can't wait for

Steady the ship and grow.Yesterdays back workout:
Lat pulldown 93 kg for 10 reps
Chin ups 15 reps
Plate loaded one arm row 50kg per side 8 reps
Seated row 93kg for 9 reps
Rear delt fly 79kg for 10 reps
Shrugs with 25kg plates x 20 reps
For the first time since my last growth phase strength dropped ever so slightly on the lat pulldown and seated row so I reduced weight to maintain tight form
I'm a few KGS lighter now and its enough to notice my leverage and stability isn't as great especially when lifting weights above my own bodyweight
As a plus I'm getting more reps on chin ups than I have in a while due to being a bit lighter as well
So I'll take the good with the bad![]()
