New guy here. Firstly, I must say, this forum is a God sent. I've learned so much here and listening to the podcast -- shoutout to SteveSmi and Dylan Gemelli!

I am currently on 200 mg of Test Cy, Gonadorelin, and Sermorelin (all prescribed by my dr.). I am thinking of doing my first cycle which will consist of GW (15 mg) and Ostarine (25 mg) or Turinabol (20 mg).

Is it ok to mix a SARM w/ an Oral such as Tbol?

My Stats:
  • Age: 44
  • Height: 6'0
  • Weight: 230
  • Body Fat % (estimated): ~22%
  • Training Experience (in years): ~20. years
Training:
  • Lift 3 days a week -- each session is about an hour w/ 15-20 minutes of cardio. And I run (about 1-2 miles each run) 2 to 3 days a week.
Diet:
  • Daily Caloric Intake: 2,500
  • Macronutrient Split: Protein/Carbohydrates/Fats (%)-If not known, list goal daily protein intake for now.
    Meal Plan: try to list 2-3 different meal options for each
    • Breakfast: 4 eggs
    • Snack: Protein shake
    • Lunch: 8 oz protein, 1 cup of brown rice, and cup of veggies.
    • Snack: Banana
    • Dinner: 6-8 oz protein (meat), avocado, 1 cup of veggies.
Supplements:
  • Multi, Saw Palmetto, Probiotic, Vitamin D +K, glucosamine, and Creatine.
Blood Work:
  • Recent Blood Work: Yes (hemoglobin slightly low, but not concerning per the Dr.), other than that everything else was really good

To answer your question it is totally fine to mix SARMS and anabolic steroids.

First cycle, well you're on testosterone already right?
we'd like to see pics of what you use now please
adding ostarine 25mgs ed
cardarine 20mgs ed
tbol 20mgs ed
but you need n2guard organ liver support with it imo

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

three times is okay just for maintenance
