Also, would I be better if I cut the rice and just doubled up on the veggies? I was originally doing 1 cup of rice with each meal but someone recommended that I cut that back.Yeah I will try and start posting more meals. Below is my current outline:
Breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs and 1 packet of protein oatmeal
Lunch 1: chicken, 1 cup of veggies and half cup of rice
Lunch 2: chicken, 1 cup of veggies and half cup of rice
Dinner: tuna or salmon with some veggies.
I also drink a protein shake immediately following workout before I shower. I am trying fasting sometimes and skipping breakfast but I have such a huge appetite it makes it very difficult. Especially Mo day-Friday when I workout. Need to start adding in more fruit again. I am a huge fan of blackberries.
