Following along. Similar age

this one looks amazing great start to this

I'm a big fan of the chin-ups and Skull Crushers
those really help grow the arms

don't forget to get your pictures up
very important to see where you're at now

great start to this log
I like how you're incorporating cardio

You can still get great workouts without spending a lot of time in the gym
that's a big misconception people don't understand

make sure you get your pictures up
we need to see what you look like

Sorry for the long wait for my reply. To answer your questions.
1. I have posted the calories, and the macro break down. That should be enough for the people interested.
2. Yes, for that 12 weeks, my training didn't change. Only the reps and weight lifted as I got stronger. I posted my finishing weights and reps. All weights lifted went up.
3. Only sups I use is protein powder. No liver support.
4. I'm not going to post pics. Seems a bit extreme.
5. I have previously posted pics of the gear, with a review.

I'm willing to answer questions, or listen to advice, but it might take a while for me to reply.

@Dondeano sometimes when you're new its hard to understand the point of a log.

The point is to share and get guidance but if you dont actually share we dont know what your path is and how to improve it.
1) that tells us nothing, you could be eating donuts so we dont really know, macros dont say anything, share actual meals please
2) if your training didnt change thats not good, you wont get good results that way
3) you should be using organ liver support on cycle unless you want high ALT AST
4) how would we know your results? and how is posting pics extreme? blur your face and show us your body so we can see and guide you into a better body
5) not looking for more gear pics
