Low food intake day. Trained a little back second time this week with some biceps, trying to get my schedule back inline and train chest Monday. Weekend off.

Coming into winter here. So will try and lose a couple more % body fat. Before in about 8weeks time before I do a lean bulk
never ran Eq before. So researching to try and figure out the test to Eq dose. People say 1:1. Some people saying 250 test to 500 Eq approx. some say 400/400 I see that Eq although on paper aromatises as well as test but when ran together they compete somewhat and Eq can lower E2 but also raise E1 Estrone.

Trying to figure out a good split in advance that can keep my E2 somewhat in range.

I agree 100 percent on those carb timing. Wasn’t a good day meal wise .
Can add some times to them

Yeah good idea on the 1.1 to start easier to manage either way.

Stopped eating tonight at 7pm
Got another catered event tomorrow lunch time will fast until then I think. About 1pm
