I would always try to go 1:1 test eq but lower dose, 300/300 and yo ucan move up or down from thereComing into winter here. So will try and lose a couple more % body fat. Before in about 8weeks time before I do a lean bulk
never ran Eq before. So researching to try and figure out the test to Eq dose. People say 1:1. Some people saying 250 test to 500 Eq approx. some say 400/400 I see that Eq although on paper aromatises as well as test but when ran together they compete somewhat and Eq can lower E2 but also raise E1 Estrone.
Trying to figure out a good split in advance that can keep my E2 somewhat in range.
