Thank you for all the support bros. It’s been the best decision to get stuck in to the gym again after a lost few years of inconsistent training, couple of new babies , hospital visits , wife’s depression, my own depression. In December deciding for a little test to start with which made me feel so much better, held me accountable to put in the effort at the gym and break the bad habbits , drinking etc and start looking after myself again. Losing the weight and getting back in routine I feel has saved me. My marriage and family like is better as I’m more happy within myself.

PEDs so long as they are done in a sensible manner with self education/ research and diet. It’s a much healthier lifestyle than most. It’s a shame the stigma from media and uneducated couch sitters without any understanding that will try and tear someone down over it. I can’t believe that in Aus they have put it as a class 1 drug in the same class as heroin and meth. The self harm and risk to others on peds don’t even compare. No one on steroids is going into a shopping centre plaza and stabbing dozens of people killing multiple. (Happened few weeks ago here) But does happen on Meth.

Small rant.

Thank you for all the support bros. Few milestones

Cold arms can’t touch shoulders during double biceps . Also fitted into size 34 pants on weekend to party that hadn’t worn in 3 years (found event ticket back pocket. Was upto a size 38 December last year. Down 8kg on the scales and up in muscle

missed yesterday morning session so made it up after the kids in bed. All to my self Friday night 930pm

I still be clean besides one occasion takeaway. Still training 5 days a week.

I took a guy under my wing from work at the gym and been too tied up with him to record my training.

Also about to start a new log . Will go in there shortly

So before I start the new log and name it. I’m still toying with my next stack , I have a bit of stuff on hand to cover next couple of cycles. Would be interested in some people’s suggestions

At 100kg even about 13percent can see 4 abs .

I have on hand , Test, Eq, Deca , Tren, Primo,
Plan on using mk677 and maybe also gw50156 (def will if use tren )

Oringinally I was thinking Test , eq , primo
Mixed opinions on this people say drop Eq or the primo etc.
so maybe I should do Deca and primo.
And tren ,eq on a cutting phase.

I do want to run Eq at some point. Over next two cycles .

Have to note Dbol doesn’t interest me at all.

50-100mgs deca for the joints
20mgs cardarine ed
5mgs aromasin 1x/week
7caps n2guard/day (organ liver support but your call)

Thats what I see the cycle as, but you can swap the deca for eq.

But accountability is key, I'd like to see you share diet training again with us.

For this option I was thinking below,

300 test
200 deca
400 primo
(Hoping the increased primo would offset the increased deca) reducing need for any Ai (time and bloods would tell)
Gw agree with , and with increased Deca . Skipping Mk666 for the moment. Don’t want two compounds increasing hunger.

Also new log about to start. Just waiting on some more primo to land and be good to go.
