Approved Log My Testosterone Trenbolone Masteron Cycle Log

if you want to do the best you've got to push the best

life is definitely busy many of us have kids and grandkids as well but we find time to come on here

Update.
Mentally feel in handling the tren better now than what I was week 3-4. Haven’t had any night sweats . Sleeping has been pretty good. No insomnia. No anxiety or mental sides (that I can tell ) Only just a shorter fuse.

Can definitely tell if I don’t keep my water intake up. Feel a bit lousy.
Anavar is about 8 days in . Seems to be pretty good so far. Had some painful pumps in the gym. Especially in my delts.

I will finish this cycle end of March.

Go to a TRT dose.

Decided at 35. This is the path I want to take. Don’t want the ups and downs of PCT then jumping back on a cycle few months later.
Looks like the sides are settling down

I understand the importance of keeping a written diet/training log. At this stage I’m early days into this. I have a 5 year goal to give IFbB men’s physique a crack at the age of 40

I just at this time using my spare time elsewhere as it’s needed.

I will endeavour to do a proper log next cycle.

That's good that the sides aren't too crazy now. For me, it was the sleep issues and the constant feeling of being dehydrated that were the worst. The sexual sides are a blessing and a curse, lol.

@Trenhead3cc honestly if you can't keep a log for a cycle, it's unlikely you'll be able to get on IFBB stage or anywhere else. You have to show dedication early in the game not just last moment.

Yeah I can understand completely this comment. I have already said previously in this thread that I shouldn’t have jumped on cycle. As I thought I had the time to do more than just train . Wife sprung on me she wanted to do a start up business. 2 weeks into my cycle. (She doesn’t know I’m on cycle). I have a 2 year old and a 9 month old. Soon as I get home from work it’s helping the wife with her business. Catching up on housework etc. from when I get home from work until 11pm I don’t stop. I haven’t even had a chance to see my best mate since mid January.

If I never reach a stage i can live with that or if it’s 10 years down the track. My families needs come before my wants. I’m more than happy to just be a better version of myself. The self confidence that comes with it. If life eases up I will get fully committed and hire a coach . (There is a good one locally )

Note I only just joined this forum and was told by admin to do a log on sign up. Thought it was part of being here and apart of this community.

That's the same goal I am working towards men's physique

keep hitting it bro keep us updated

Got 1 week left of injections .
Ran 2 vials only of each Test 250,tren200,mast200 ran some anavar at the end. small cycle

Didn’t lean down as much as I had hoped.
But still a better version of myself than at the start. Also. Being on cycle has helped me cut out the Alcohol completely .
And probably didn’t get the most out of this cycle regretably with diet.

The fact that you were able to cut out the alcohol is worth it alone.
100 percent. Typical week 4 months ago for a few months , Found myself have about 6 beers, 1 bottle of wine and 6 whiskeys on average.
Had nothing this cycle and won’t be reverting back to old ways.
Moving forward. This was my first cycle in 5 years. Will be on Trt 150mg a week and get bloods done to check if that will be the correct dose for me. Next cycle will be more on point, more focus on diet and logging properly.

TRT I see that. how about adding a good TRT log?

Have a break then go again
Hey man , loving the podcasts. Expanding knowledge daily, different perspectives and like the way you and Steve go about it. There’s a lot of people out there trying to do stuff similar but doesn’t quite hit. I also like Dylan gemellis stuff. Trying to figure out my complete cycle already for 12-16weeks time

thanks man, glad you are enjoying our podcasts. more to come

great job on the alcohol. you will find it amazing what happens to your energy, physique and mental well being by cutting out alcohol completely
