Hi folks- from the UK, and I started a test/masteron /teen cycle recently. All long esters
I’m 38 about 5’8 and started weighing 85kg when the cycle started. Pretty active - I was training 5 times a week but limited to no cardio.
Trained about 3 years but last year has been more focused. I don’t change it much just try to go to failure with compound workouts.
Training was and still is :
Monday chest and back -
bench 3x10 to failure)
Incline dumbbell bench 4x10 to failure
Pulls ups 3x15
Low rack pulls 3x10
Dumbbell rows 3x10
Tuesday legs
Squat 5x10
Straight leg deadlift (smith) 3x10
Calves (variations)
Hack squat with dumbbells against the wall 4x10
Leg curl 3X10- failure
Leg extension
Wednesday shoulders and arms
Military seated press 3x10
Landmine shoulder press 3x10
Dips 4x15
Triceps pull down 3x15
21’s 3 sets
Lateral raise 3x10
Thursday chest and back
Incline bench press 3x10 (failure) last set I try go until I can’t anymore
Flies dumbbell 3x15
Barbell rows 3x10
Cable rows 3x10
Lat pull down 5x10
Friday legs
Dumbbell Bulgarian split squats 3x10
Leg press 5x20
Reverse lunge on smith 3x10
Will be adding weights as I write them down going forward.
As of 10 Feb I now include rowing for cardio ed. Sprint 1min, rest 1 min. Repeat 10 times .
Meals are pretty simple
Low carb meals for the past 7 months - the same
Meals. Felt great with energy.
Cup oats (protein scoop 1) with oat milk 150ml no sugar
5 eggs
2 tins tuna (50g protein from both)
Chicken breast with tons of broccoli (chillie spice , salt , garlic spice them /lemon juice)
Chicken breast broccoli or /lean mince with coconut oil (250g) broccoli
Post workout protein shake (ice - no sugar peanut butter tablespoon , oat milk no sugar)
Sometimes a chicken breast to snack if I’m still hungry.
Cycle history
About 10 years ago I did a tren A and Test cycle ( can’t remember values but was 8-10 weeks) no sides , tons of strength but didn’t really change my body too much (helped with fat loss)
Last 2 cycles since Jan last year
(Nov 2022 to Jan 2023) Test E 600mg 12 weeks and anavar 3 weeks. No Ai was needed. PCT (3 weeks) with HCG proviron ed
June 2023 same cycle
All gear was OPUS labs last year and so is this years
Current cycle (I plan on a 5 week bridge after last test/mast shot and bridge with anavar) 12 week cycle but to stop tren during week 10. And test /mast in week. 12.
Arimidex 0.5 twice a week but stopped taking after I stopped with dbol. I’m not very sensitive to estrogen (I think based on previous cycles)
Caber 0.5mg every 6 days
Jan 19 to Jam 29 2024 dbol 30mg
Jan 27 200mg Test (0.6ml) 200 mg masteron (1ml)
30 Jan 200mg Test (0.6) 200mg Masteron (1ml)
3 Feb 150mg test E 200mg Masteron 100mg Tren E (0.5ml)
7 Feb 150mg test E 200mg Masteron 100mg Tren E (0.5ml)
repeat until 2 April 2024.
Bridge for 5-6 weeks with anavar and HCG and then begin PCT. Chlomid tamoxifen aromison
