Any idea how you would split them if you dropped the tren? 500test 400 mast or keep at current low test dose.
@Journeyman85 You can level out a bit and see how you feel after 2-3 weeks. 300mgs testosterone 300mgs masteron, we can try that to start and up the protein and cardio with a little fasting.

@Journeyman85 fasting is basically you eating in a time restricted feeding
like you fast no food 16 hours and eat in an 8 hour window thats a start

So today is Feb 27, it’s pin day and I’ve gone 150mg test E (0.5ml) and 150mg Mast E (about 0.75ml). Haven’t pinned since Tuesday and dropped the tren.

Today I had 2 grilled chicken thighs with rocket and Parmesan… (twice) but the plan is chicken breast and broccoli for dinner- still trying to figure out how to plan my meals in a 8 hour window. I like the idea though

lets see 8 hour plan stick to 7-8 hours so it means you done eating by around 7 hours to 7:30 in

prep your Foods ahead of time and store them.
after cooked and stored properly veggies, rice, protein sources will be good for 4-5 days easy
 
you need an air fryer it's easy to cook anything in it
