@Journeyman85 its probably a small flu or cold, you take some fever measurements?Still feeling feeling really drowsy everyday (like I could just sleep) I’m getting atleast 9 hours of sleep I think. Eyes just feel heavy, not sure if it’s blurry vision but eyes feel strained. Hopefully bloodwork results come in this week
Yea took a temperature reading all normal. The fatigue (almost like a crash) started about 2 weeks into my cycle. So almost 2 weeks of drowsiness. Will upload blood work too. I took the test on Thursday(15th Feb) and was told results out tomorrow/ Wednesday.@Journeyman85 I'm now thinking it's low iron levels, when was your last blood work?

Dont eat your first meal until after your done training. Eat a 6 hour window. You will have an anabolic effect.I’m up around 8am, one or two video calls then at gym around 12-1:30 and then a call afterwards, usually in bed 10. It’s pretty much been my schedule for the last few months. But a week ago I felt a huge crash. Ever since then, just drowsy all day no matter how much I sleep. Even on my off days.
