Still feeling feeling really drowsy everyday (like I could just sleep) I’m getting atleast 9 hours of sleep I think. Eyes just feel heavy, not sure if it’s blurry vision but eyes feel strained. Hopefully bloodwork results come in this week

Yea took a temperature reading all normal. The fatigue (almost like a crash) started about 2 weeks into my cycle. So almost 2 weeks of drowsiness. Will upload blood work too. Maybe more experienced heads will see something

@Journeyman85 I'm now thinking it's low iron levels, when was your last blood work?
 
What does your daily schedule look like? What time do you wake up and what time do you train?
 
I’m up around 8am, one or two video calls then at gym around 12-1:30 and then a call afterwards, usually in bed 10. It’s pretty much been my schedule for the last few months. But a week ago I felt a huge crash. Ever since then, just drowsy all day no matter how much I sleep. Even on my off days.
Dont eat your first meal until after your done training. Eat a 6 hour window. You will have an anabolic effect.
 
Also make sure and eat foods with a purpose. Pineapple is a very good choice. It helps inflammation as well as digestion and has vit c and potassium.
