Approved Log My testosterone trenbolone masteron cycle Log

@Journeyman85 250mgs/week I would go with around 6 weeks and do trenbolone again

estrogen is not related to trenbolone
trenbolone impacts prolactin, it doesn't aromatize to estrogen

using too much arimidex can cause you serious issues so try this
250mgs testosterone/week sports-TRT
0.25mgs arimidex ED for 7 days
0.25mgs arimidex EOD after that for 14 days
and lets see from there

training will need to be updated too
After 6 weeks do you think it’ll be time for blood work again?

Thanks for the words- encouraging. Still feeeling drowsy (tired/lousy) but training is still going well and diet is strict. Yesterdays meals
(Raw oats with soy milk no added sugar and protein)
4 egg whites with chillie (tried fresh chillie and it hits hard)
2 tins tuna with broccoli
1 chicken breast with brocloi
2 chicken thigh (grilled) with rocket and spinach salad.
@Journeyman85 dont use soy milk its estrogenic, use oat milk or almond milk

what did you train like today?

Thats all you had? no supplements no fiber?

Training was ok- strength is fine it’s again this drowsy feeling the whole day, since I woke up- heavy eyes almost.

I had my 7 N2guard pills today and broccoli was really my fibre? And I had a protein shake with a banana and ice after training (sci tec)

@Journeyman85 it will take time to feel better. Did you level out the dose of gear?

On the fiber, add psyllium husk every day.

Btw, just checking your bloodwork do you have general bloods with RBC count and so on?

These are the “red” values
@Journeyman85 as I suspected, I missed the 1st slide when looking back at your blood work now I see it.

high RDW is a deficiency in iron, folate, or vitamin B12 but in your case I'm guessing it's iron and b12 as the big issue with iron being #1.
Thats likely why you feel tired:

Early Stages of Nutrient Deficiencies: Early deficiencies in iron, vitamin B12, or folate might not immediately affect MCV, MCH, or other indices but can start to cause variability in red blood cell sizes, leading to an increased RDW.
I suggest taking iron, 1 tablet eod for 2 weeks as the n2guard kicks in.

Any advice on mg dose? Like mg? We have this chain of stores in the UK that provide a B12,iron and folic complex? Or rather get the stronger iron?

I mean this is fantastic advice

@Journeyman85 The issue with giving you advice on exact doses is we dont know what you have access to, how about something online, you can order on iherb international you have that in UK? or UK amazon?
