Started psyllium husk today too. Quick question - I read somewhere that astragalus and Tudca were best for the kidney issues? Reading N2guard it doesn’t have both, but from your experience have you guys found N2Guard to help improve creatinine and EGFR?

Goblin squats 3x10 (45kg dubmell )
Rowing (1 min 85% 1 min rest repeat 10 times)
