Cycle is 250mg test only( 0.25 mg arimidex eod for 2 weeks) for the next 6-8 weeks to stabilise then see what the blood results say

I understand, just seemed weird how it happened so soon after I started. Never felt like this before. Suppose the body changes as we age.Steroids are toxic and with the heavy lifting, it can just make you tired. Coconut oil is a great option for that chicken.
@Journeyman85 happy to see your blood pressure in orderSo just an update , blood pressure readings about 2-3 weeks ago was about 145/90, today BP reading was 105/70 so quite a coke down which I’m quite happy about. Cardio and cleaner eating seems to have helped. No medication.
