Still quite tired - very sleepy.

Cycle is 250mg test only( 0.25 mg arimidex eod for 2 weeks) for the next 6-8 weeks to stabilise then see what the blood results say

@Journeyman85 you have the iron situation straight? lets mod your diet more with more red meat.
 
Using a teaspoon of coconut oil and really hoping this is fine- tired of the grilled breasts. This with fresh lemon surely is ok in moderation?

Steroids are toxic and with the heavy lifting, it can just make you tired. Coconut oil is a great option for that chicken.
I understand, just seemed weird how it happened so soon after I started. Never felt like this before. Suppose the body changes as we age.
 
So just an update , blood pressure readings about 2-3 weeks ago was about 145/90, today BP reading was 105/70 so quite a coke down which I’m quite happy about. Cardio and cleaner eating seems to have helped. No medication.

but can we see more training diet updates? i see none please dont leave us hanging bro

I don't think people realize how much stress can come not just physically and emotionally but also the stress from eating crappy Foods
