I personally wouldn't go tren right out the gate as it comes with unbearable sides for alot of guys especially the night sweats and insomnia just got to be pre paired for all the what if situations. I wish you would have put a few years in building a base before utilizing the drugs, you are gonna do what you feel is best, just make sure you put up a super detailed log so we can help you out along the way.
 
Today marks end of Week 2. Up +4kg in bodyweight to 104kg.
Have so far run 200mg tren in Week 1 and 200mg tren/250mg test Week 2.

Feeling good. Arms, legs and shoulders are feeling hard. I'm getting some reflux from all the supplement tablets even though I'm taking with food. A couple nights I have woken up sweating a bit but I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't know that trensweat was a thing.

Keen to see how endurance goes at soccer tomorrow night 5 days after adding Cardarine. Didn't feel the most athletic when running last week.

Had an absolute battle getting knee sleeves on at the end of the week. Forgot to pack straps to get them up too. Might have to order a size up by the end of the cycle.

Upping to 300mg tren and 375mg test split twice / week tomorrow for week 3 onwards. Arimidex should arrive tomorrow. Getting full blood test in 2 days to see where everything sits.

Leg Extension 3 x 12 @ 64kg

Comp Bench 1 x 2 @ 85kg, 3 x 5 @ 75kg, 70kg, 70kg
DB Bench Press 3 x 10 @ 27.5kg, 27.5kg, 25kg
Bent Over DB Row 3 x 10 @ 27.5kg
Unilat. Tricep Extension 3 x 10 @ 15kg
Neutral Grip Lat Pulldown 3 x 10 @ 80kg
DB External Rotation at 90 degrees 2 x 15 @ 2kg

Day 3:
Deadlift 1 x 2 @ 150kg, 3 x 4 @ 120kg
Touch and Go Bench 3 x 10 @ 70kg
Leg Curl 3 x 12 @ 64kg
DB Lateral Raise 3 x 10 @ 10kg
Unilat. Calf Raise 3 x 10 @ 10kg
Unilat. Tricep Extension 3 x 10 @ 15kg

Day 4:
Squat 1 x 2 @ 135kg, 1 x 4 @ 120kg
Belt Squat 3 x 12 @ 40kg, 80kg, 120kg
Neutral Wide Grip Row 3 x 12 @ 10
 
I like that you do your hardest sets first with each lift. Way too many people do easy sets first, which means that they are too easy to produce any real growth.
 
Please identify what is bothering your stomach and eliminate it. This idea that you have to force feed yourself, anything that is bothering you and messing you up. Needs to end.
 
Your too weak to be using Tren. Give your tendons and ligaments time to strengthen naturally first. You are going to injure yourself.
