yeah i wouldn't come for much loved members on this forum lol... roidrage is a beast. And he has a point. when taking PED's yes it will help develop lean muscle mass at a much faster rate and increase strength but it will not do the same for the rest of your body. especially as your goal is strength not hypertrophy. lifting large amounts of weight with capable muscle and incapable joints is risky for obvious reasons. And yet of the free weight exercises you list in your log I'll most likely surpass you by the end of the cycle. You do you, fatty and I'll do me.
My standard breakfast is 1 cup of oats, 1 scoop whey isolate, a banana and a tablespoon of biscoff spread for flavour. Mixed it up this week and replaced the biscoff with some honey. I will also have an iced coffee with about 500mls of skim milk as I leave the house and sip until morning tea. As the blood test was supposed to be fasted, I compromised and waited until after the test to have my oats and had most of my coffee on the way there. Is this another log where all the member has in the morning is a coffee??

What specifically about n2guard will help? I'm convinced there's a bot that auto posts about n2guard using members accounts.Pretty standard blood work for someone who is two to three weeks on steroids. you need to be on n2guard
Ah my mistake. I could only see some stiff leg deadlifts at 100kg in your log which isn't that impressive. What did you squat and deadlift this week?Your going to need a much stronger and much longer cycle to get anywhere near me. I warmup with your maxes. I love to see what you can do on hammer rows with strict form.
your joints may be capable right now because you're not lifting heavy yet. but as you gain muscle and strength, your joints will stay the same. this means they cannot handle the load. if you were training natural your joints and connective tissue would strengthen at the right pace and there'd be lower risk of injury. of course if you're okay with that by all means go ahead it's steroids, but what roidrage was saying is be careful. it didn't need to escalate the way it did and you need to be mature and just stop engaging. you will just lose respect on here and no one will want to help you. best of luck with your cycle mateN
I'm not coming after anyone. The dude is in my log posting pics of his wife for some reason. If I could just block him from posting in here at all I would.
I wouldn't say my joints are incapable at all. I know what my training history is like both in the gym and in sports. You can argue having a history of playing various sports is a better indicator for being able to tolerate more load due to the multi-plane loading every joint regularly goes under rather than just doing single plane squats repeatedly.
At the end of the day, gear is gear. It's risky in multiple facets. That's why it's illegal. Where that risk-reward line lies is very individual and opinion based. I'm all for people expressing there opinions, but there's quite a few people expressing their personal beliefs in the form of factual statements like they have the ultimate authority on the subject. Meanwhile they have 40% bodyfat, are 55 years old and take regular prescription statins to stop them from having a heart attack year round.

I don’t know how lean and strong you require people to be before they try to help you, but the correlation between knowledge and body shape is often not that high. That said, nobody is doing anything but trying to help, using their own information and experiences. I know that I, for one, find that a cycle like this is well outside my own personal risk-reward calculus. There is some significant worry both about using steroids to grow strength from a relatively low level, and, of course, from using strong, aromatizing steroids at a relatively high body fat percentage. Those are things people should tell you, no matter what they look like, or what you want to hear. Then go make your own decisions. If you don’t want input, then putting all this information out seems like a questionable idea.N
