Hey guys, this is my first ever log...

My Stats

  • 45years old
  • 86kgs
  • 172cm
  • 15% Body Fat (you can see my upper 4 abs, just some fat around the belly and love handles which I can grab when sitting down)

Training History
I've been training properly (4 to 5 times a week) for the past 7 years solid. Prior that, I was still training on & off for 10 years. My workouts consist of legs twice a week, chest/tris/shoulders/abs twice a week, Back & Bis once a week. I go through periods where I do about 8000 steps a day (not constant).

Steroid History
I started steroids for the first time when I was 38yrs old and that was straight TRT through a Doctor. It was monitored regularly with constant bloodwork was done. I was prescribed 250mg Test E every 10 days. I did that constantly for 3 years then started my first cycle with increased dosages of Test E on its own. Over the years I've added Tren E, EQ and Anavar. I was averaging 2 cycles a year. At the moment I'm doing a cycle of 500mg Test and 200mg of Tren E for 10 weeks. I call this mini cycle cause normally I do a cycle for about 12 to 14 weeks at 750mg Test E and 400mg Tren E (or replace Tren E with EQ).

I've done EQ twice now but prefer Tren E (reason why I've never done Tren A is cause I don't like pinning all the time, twice a week I can handle).

PCT
I've never really done any PCT cause I've always been taking Anastrozole 0.5mg twice a week from day 1 but I increase the dosage when I'm blasting. I've only had to take Nolvodex twice (this is usually when I'm on Tren for nipples, but not for my current mini cycle cause there have been no sides from the Tren. I only get the night sweats and nipple soreness when Im taking 400mg a week).

Food
When I started to get serious with training I was counting cals/macros through an app everyday religiously. This proccess taught me alot about my food and how my body reacts at different cal levels.

Goals
To keep building on what I have, get thicker and stay lean.

My proposed cycle, please give me some feedback/suggestions:

I have only taken Test E, Tren E, EQ and Anavar. I have never touched anything else.

Cycle Duration: 12 weeks

Week 1-12:

Test E: 500mg per week (divided into two injections)
Tren E: 400mg per week (divided into two injections)

Week 1-6:
Tbol: 40mg per day

@Skays great log start, this is the path I like it bro

now on the QA on cycle, I like test/tren cycles in general but with tbol up that to 50mgs and n2guard is a must organ liver support
but BEFORE we keep going talking about steroids and pushing 1 gram of gear into you, we need some details

details you should share
diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them an how much
training, please share actual training sets reps weights and when you do them
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
