Bro your in good shape very cool man!!!!!I had to do a quick chest workout yesterday as I was running late with a few appointments and my food intake wasn't enough so my energy was low. But I had to get the workout in as it was better to do something than nothing (I didn't do my normal training routine).
Kept it very simple
DB incline - 4x 30kg, 34kg, 20kg, 42kg (each arm) - 8/18 reps
Flat bench - 4x 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 100kg, 100kg - 8/12 reps
Decline Machine - 4x 60kgs 12 reps
Peck deck - 4x 65kgs 12 reps
Tricep ropes - 42 kgs 12 reps
Tricep v bar - 42 kgs 12 reps
Tricep straight bar - 42 kgs 12 reps
