So this mornings breakfast I took out the honey and chilli oil and spinach and just left it as straight boiled eggs (4) 125grams of black rice and some balsamic glaze.

Yesterday, the chilli oil was playing on me all day. Doesn’t usually happen but it happened yesterday. Just want to see how I feel today without it all.

I don't like to hyper-focus on calories or macros. Just eat clean and make changes based on your results. Overall your diet looks pretty good. You can reduce some of the carbs if you feel it is too much food.

It’s funny you say that… I don’t get sides with test that high cause I’ve ran it before by itself and no issue. But whenever I throw Tren into the mix I do. Even though the tren is dosed at 200mg a week (split into 2 pins) I didn’t get any sides until yesterday week 11… by nipples started to develop a small bump on each. So I started taking 10mg Nolvodex once a day (I will take it for 7 days) I also take 1/2 a tablet of Anastrazol twice a week all year round (cause if the Trt).
 
I also reduced the Test to 500mg this week and will slowly taper off to bring it back to my TRT dosage. Which is normally 250mg (split twice a week) and will also stop the tren after next week. So next week will be my 12th week.

Just an update on my progress so far. My diet has been 90% very clean. I've had the odd burger, chocolate and sweets (randomly) but apart from that training has been good. I know that I have actually trimmed down in fat. Last week I have introduced cardio into my training. I am back into Jujitsu and MMA training. I go 4 times a week (45min sessions) 2xJujitsu and 2xMMA. I will continue this moving forward.

So far what I have done with my pining:
Week 1 to 6 : 500mg Test E / 200mg Tren E
Week 6 to 11: 750mg Test E / 200mg Tren E
Week 12: 500mg Test E / 200mg Tren E
Moving forward:
This week (13) : 500mg Test E/ 100mg Tren E
Next week (14) : 250mg Test E -- this will be my TRT (split into 2 injections) moving forward until the next blast.

Its day 6 today of me taking Nolva. My first 2 days I took 10mg then upped it to 20mgs a day. My left nipple, there is still a little bump. I will be taking the Nolva until it goes away. Last week I had also upped my Anastrozole from 0.5mg twice a week to 1mg twice a week. This was my mistake, whenever I blast I always up it to 1mg twice a week but I just forgot with this cycle.
