I started back today ... feeling much better.

Back, Bi's, Legs
Pull ups (wide grip) - 50 reps (divided into 10 intervals)
Bent Rows Barbell - 50kgs x 4 sets of 10 to 12
Cable Rows - 70kgs x 3 sets of 10 to 12
Straight Bar Curls - 30kgs x 12 / 35kgs x 10 / 40kgs x 8 / 45kgs x 6
Seated Alt DB Curls - 15kgs x 4 sets of 10 to 12
Preacher Curls single arm DB - 15kgs x 3 sets of 10 to 12
Leg Press - 160 kgs x 3 sets of 20
Standing Assisted Squat Machine - 120 kgs x 3 sets of 15
Leg Extensions - Full Stack x 3 sets of 10
Standing Calf Raises - 40 kgs x 3 sets of 20
Shrugs - 30kg Kettle Bells , 4 sets of 15 to 20

I will start Jujitsu tomorrow (I think that's where I caught something lol)

nice bro i train jits for many many years got to a decent belt aswell great sport! ive tried to come back again and again it just breaks me man my back doesnt like it anymore.

Progress update bros.... I've now started back on to my normal TRT at 250mg split into 2 (Sundays and Wednesdays). I'm thinking of hitting my next cycle in September.... so about 3 months off... what do you guys think... is that break long enough or do you think it needs to be longer? I will continue eating clean as I want maintain being lean. Training will still keep going the way it has been.

3 months off is enough, lets start your new CYCLE and your NEW log for it

Interesting... I've never ran a cycle that short before.
I think the shorter you go the greater the chance of holding onto the gains. Less strain on body as well. My tendons and ligaments are getting pounded and can’t wait to end it this Friday.
