Bent Rows Barbell - 50kgs x 4 sets of 10 to 12
Cable Rows - 70kgs x 3 sets of 10 to 12
Straight Bar Curls - 30kgs x 12 / 35kgs x 10 / 40kgs x 8 / 45kgs x 6
Seated Alt DB Curls - 15kgs x 4 sets of 10 to 12
Preacher Curls single arm DB - 15kgs x 3 sets of 10 to 12
Leg Press - 160 kgs x 3 sets of 20
Standing Assisted Squat Machine - 120 kgs x 3 sets of 15
Leg Extensions - Full Stack x 3 sets of 10
Standing Calf Raises - 40 kgs x 3 sets of 20
Shrugs - 30kg Kettle Bells , 4 sets of 15 to 20
I will start Jujitsu tomorrow (I think that's where I caught something lol)
