Supps: EAAs, creatine 5g, retatrutide 1mg weekly, ipamorelin/cjc 1295 nightly, metformin 1000mg twice daily.

Diet:
Protein 160g
Carbs. 200g
Fat. 100g

Sleep: realistically usually get 5-6 hours of sleep. I am a nurse and work mostly 12 hour shifts. Getting to sleep is not a problem, and I sleep hard. Just can’t get past that 6 hour mark.

Have been working out since I was a teenager but never competitively. Recent cancer with long term prednisone use blew me up to 245lbs. I worked my way back down gradually then about a year ago hit 225. Continued grinding until hitting my current weight of 187 which I am okay with but feel like I need to drop body fat.

I have been doing full body workouts 3 days a week with low impact cardio on the rest days. Usually hit the full body weights on Monday, Wednesday,& Friday.

Any advice would be appreciated

You're love a lot of bodyfat, its clear here that you have dedication. I think the next step is for us to dial in your situation in details, much more of a dial in but you need to share more please. Especially diet and training details.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I definitely respect that you're a nurse. Really hard to get a good night's sleep.
 
Yeah, you don't want to take prednisone very long, it can definitely cause a lot of crazy stuff.
People gain a lot of weight on it.
 
I don't worry, you will get back to your normal weight.

That's what we're here to do, to help you.
 
You've got nowhere to go, but improving from here.

Make sure you get your diet on point and get healthy.
 
This will be interesting to see how fast it takes you to get to where you want to go.

I would do more of a recomposition, but I would cut down first.
 
Bros if I'm you I definitely cut down. Then I worry about lean bulking later on
I think it's smart because cutting fat is hard.
