Thanks for the advice. The cutting is the issue that I’m not sure on. Thoughts on fasting? Or should I up my cardio. Currently doing hiit twice a week after lifting. Then doing 35 minutes of low impact cardio on rest days. Either fast marching or on stationary bike. May just take some time. Or should I just focus more on losing weight instead of fat, then build back up. Trying to hold on to as much muscle as I can while dropping the fat.

Fasting works @Speed but we should start by you updating us more on the diet and training.
Can you get daily macro and food updates going for 2 weeks, otherwise we all just guessing game here.

Diet:
Protein 160g
Carbs. 200g
Fat. 100g


I have been doing full body workouts 3 days a week with low impact cardio on the rest days. Usually hit the full body weights on Monday, Wednesday,& Friday.

I would try to get more fiber in there. What are the foods for the macros?

Sleep: realistically usually get 5-6 hours of sleep. I am a nurse and work mostly 12 hour shifts. Getting to sleep is not a problem, and I sleep hard. Just can’t get past that 6 hour mark.

Have been working out since I was a teenager but never competitively. Recent cancer with long term prednisone use blew me up to 245lbs. I worked my way back down gradually then about a year ago hit 225. Continued grinding until hitting my current weight of 187 which I am okay with but feel like I need to drop body fat.
