Supps: EAAs, creatine 5g, retatrutide 1mg weekly, ipamorelin/cjc 1295 nightly, metformin 1000mg twice daily.
Diet:
Protein 160g
Carbs. 200g
Fat. 100g
Sleep: realistically usually get 5-6 hours of sleep. I am a nurse and work mostly 12 hour shifts. Getting to sleep is not a problem, and I sleep hard. Just can’t get past that 6 hour mark.
Have been working out since I was a teenager but never competitively. Recent cancer with long term prednisone use blew me up to 245lbs. I worked my way back down gradually then about a year ago hit 225. Continued grinding until hitting my current weight of 187 which I am okay with but feel like I need to drop body fat.
I have been doing full body workouts 3 days a week with low impact cardio on the rest days. Usually hit the full body weights on Monday, Wednesday,& Friday.
Any advice would be appreciated
