Hey everyone,

I recently wrapped up an 8-week Anavar-only cycle at 50 mg per day, and I'm considering my next steps. I'm looking into a Test-Var stack and would love some advice from those who have experience with it.

Specifically, I'm curious about:
1. What is the best dosage for a Test-Var stack?
2. What type of testosterone should I use for optimal results?

Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.

Here is my current log.
  • Age: 37
  • Height: 5" 5'
  • Weight: 172 lbs
  • Body Fat % (estimated): 20~30%
  • Training Experience (in years): ~2 years
Training:
  • Briefly describe your current workout routine, including frequency/reps, types of exercises, and weight for each exercise.
  • PPL 4x a week, more focused on Push-Pull, doing legs every 2 weeks.
Diet:
  • Daily Caloric Intake: 1800~2300 Calories
  • Macronutrient Split:
    • Protein 35%
    • Carbohydrates 30%
    • Fats 35%
Supplements:
  • Vit D (5,000 IU) ED
  • B12 (5,000 mcg) ED
Blood Work:
  • Recent Blood Work: No
Cycle Plan:
  • Cycle Goals: Cutting Cycle
  • Compounds Planned for Use: Test E + Anavar
  • Dosage and Frequency: ?
  • Cycle Length: 8 weeks
  • Post Cycle Therapy (if applicable): Clomid
Additional Notes/Goals: DG

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

DIET
Diet, you saying your diet NEVER changes? this is every day like this
and your fats very low you need more omega 3 fats, add avocados walnuts and such :)

Training
On training, your training never changes?
Generally speaking both change and they can be big swings, like 8-12 reps is huge, 8 reps vs 12 reps a big difference.

I like your workouts
simple 3-day split much respect
 
make sure you alternate some different exercises into your splits
things like lunges and deadlifts are good on leg day
 
you need to incorporate fruits and veggies into your diet
they are very important for vitamins minerals and fiber
 
This what I currently look, was 310 lbs about 2 years ago now at 173 lbs.
