Approved Log My Training Log

I would definitely cut down first before running steroids. Work hard on diet and maybe run some Cardarine.
Im kinda happy with my weight right, I just want to loose a little more body fat specifically around the chest, I know you cant spot reduce fat, its just that I feel that every time I loose weight I am also loosing some muscle, that why I decided to do a first round of Var only cycle.

Anything you can suggest on the diet?
Personally, I do not count calories. I just focus on eating the right kinds of food and eat in a window. Things like steak, chicken, lots of eggs, salmon, raw fruits and veggies. Keep it interesting with different seasonings and spices. Drink lots of water. Cut out all the sugar and seed oils from your diet. I will rotate different eating windows. If it isn't something you are familiar with, Stevesmi has an awesome article on this site about the different fasting methods.
 
This what I currently look, was 310 lbs about 2 years ago now at 173 lbs.

Hey everyone,

I recently wrapped up an 8-week Anavar-only cycle at 50 mg per day, and I'm considering my next steps. I'm looking into a Test-Var stack and would love some advice from those who have experience with it.

Specifically, I'm curious about:
1. What is the best dosage for a Test-Var stack?
2. What type of testosterone should I use for optimal results?

Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.

Here is my current log.
  • Age: 37
  • Height: 5" 5'
  • Weight: 172 lbs
  • Body Fat % (estimated): 20~30%
  • Training Experience (in years): ~2 years
Training:
  • Briefly describe your current workout routine, including frequency/reps, types of exercises, and weight for each exercise.
  • PPL 4x a week, more focused on Push-Pull, doing legs every 2 weeks.
Diet:
  • Daily Caloric Intake: 1800~2300 Calories
  • Macronutrient Split:
    • Protein 35%
    • Carbohydrates 30%
    • Fats 35%
Supplements:
  • Vit D (5,000 IU) ED
  • B12 (5,000 mcg) ED
Blood Work:
  • Recent Blood Work: No
Cycle Plan:
  • Cycle Goals: Cutting Cycle
  • Compounds Planned for Use: Test E + Anavar
  • Dosage and Frequency: ?
  • Cycle Length: 8 weeks
  • Post Cycle Therapy (if applicable): Clomid
Additional Notes/Goals: DG

Have tried using Anavar only cycle for 8 weeks at 50 mg dosage.

  • Incline Smith Machine (30 deg)
    • Warp-up x1 15 reps 45lb each side
    • Working set x4 12 reps 70lb each side
  • Body Weight Dips
    • Warp-up x1 8 reps
    • Working set x4 12 reps
  • Peck Deck Machine
    • Warp-up x1 15 reps 75lb
    • Working set x4 12 reps 220lb
Tri
  • Cable Pushdown (Straight Bar)
    • Warp-up x1 15 reps 100lb
    • Working set x4 12 reps 140lb
  • Incline Skull Crusher (15 deg)
    • Warm-up x1 15 reps 10lbs each side (weight of ez curl bar not included)
    • Working set x4 10 reps 15lbs each side (weight of ez curl bar not included)
Shoulder
  • Seated Side Lateral Raise
    • Warp-up x1 15 reps 15lbs
    • Working set x4 12 reps 20lbs
  • Cable Side Lateral Raise
    • Warp-up x1 15 reps 20lbs each arm
    • Working set x4 12 reps 30lbs each arm

Diet stays the same as before, went to weighing scale first thing in the morning and it reads 170.8 lbs.
6 weeks remaining before starting the next cycle of Var, this time planning to add Test E.

good push day I see your dips are doing well, add some volume to them if you can :) @Babaylan
 
nothing more fun then a chest and tricep day!
 
you have loose skin and that can be corrected with some fasting
