30-45min stretching routine noticing some good progress with my flexibility and ability to hold stretches for longer periods.
3 sets planks for as long as I could hold them
3 sets 17 pushups
3 sets 30 crunches
3 sets 10 leg raises
3 sets dumbbell press to failure
3 sets chest fly with resistance bands
3 sets incline dumbbell press to failure.
Shoulders are feeling better and much less painful than they have in a while.
Sirloin for dinner
but remember thanksgiving is your refeed so you need to work into the refeed
