Approved Log My Transformation Log

Didn’t get to post my evening log from last night.
10/18/2024
30-45min stretching routine noticing some good progress with my flexibility and ability to hold stretches for longer periods.
3 sets planks for as long as I could hold them
3 sets 17 pushups
3 sets 30 crunches
3 sets 10 leg raises
3 sets dumbbell press to failure
3 sets chest fly with resistance bands
3 sets incline dumbbell press to failure.
Shoulders are feeling better and much less painful than they have in a while.

Sirloin for dinner
@ElDurko perfect training, we need to stay high level training cardio
but remember thanksgiving is your refeed so you need to work into the refeed
meaning 3 days out we need to bump food intake

yup @LevButlerov is correct, we need to prep you for a big refeed
about 3 days out from thanksgiving
 
sirloin is a solid cut of steak
porterhouse is my favorite though but it's very pricey

You’re gonna have to give me some direction on that. I wa a planning on another 72hr fast before thanksgiving. Should I hold off on that or go ahead and start after dinner tonight and then refeed working up to thanksgiving?

hold off ahead of thanksgiving, go with OMAD for now until thanksgiving is over
 
Ok, I can do that. You really don’t have to twist my arm to make me eat a steak.

happy to hear we all love that steak :) grilling one now, my meal prep ran out lol

Today sucked ass bro. I think I pulled something in my groin last night. I hobbled around work all day and it hurts like hell. I was annoyed and didnt even eat last night, just made dinner for my son and went to bed. Have a ribeye thawing out now and am about to go out in the shop and do what I can. Not sure how the stretching will go but I’m gonna do my planks and push-ups and try to hit a tricep workout.
