Today sucked ass bro. I think I pulled something in my groin last night. I hobbled around work all day and it hurts like hell. I was annoyed and didnt even eat last night, just made dinner for my son and went to bed. Have a ribeye thawing out now and am about to go out in the shop and do what I can. Not sure how the stretching will go but I’m gonna do my planks and push-ups and try to hit a tricep workout.

Well shit, I didn’t see your replay as I was in the shop. I usually don’t get home till 5:30 pm so if I don’t get started right away, it pushes me too late getting in the bed. It’s 7:45 my time and I am just getting dinner for my son and I have to eat then get us both cleaned up and hopefully in bed before 9. The alarm goes off at 4 am. I stretched but took it easy in that regard and it seems to have alleviated some of the pain. My left side is feeling better than it has all day. Will post workout routine with meal pics as soon as I finish cooking my food. I guess if it’s worse in the morning or unimproved I should take some time off. I’ll try to update you early in the am as to how I’m feeling.

@ElDurko its not a problem, lets make sure you eat more tomorrow, go with 2 meals tomorrow and cut the fast at 16 hours, go 16/8

Left leg/groin area is definitely not 100% but I’d say it feels at least 50% better than it did yesterday morning. No tabbing pains when I put move my leg, just a dull ache.
No training minimum 2 days and let’s switch OMAD to 16/8 for 2 days
Minimum 2 meals in the 8 hours please
You need to recover
 
I would not do OMAD at all. I noticed that all my injuries went away when I went to a more normal 4-5 meal per day. I think OMAD has its place at first but shouldn't be followed for too long.
 
Have you ever done the bodyopus diet? You can actually gain muscle while losing fat. You can modify it and only carb load every 2-3 weeks. Would be a good option for you imo when you recover from your injury.
 
Ok, I can do that. So no training till Sunday. Leg is certainly better but still nagging at me. It’s certainly making work interesting. Will stop at the store on my way home and get some bone broth. If I had time I’d have saved the bones from that deer I just shot and made my own.

I’m comfortable with OMAD, Im
Used to it and it works for me. I have had no problems managing my life that way, and with my hectic schedule it’s really a lot easier for me.

Sorry for the lack of posts over the weekend, the monster threw my phone in the toilet while I was showering. They joys of parenting are unending,especially when you’re doing it alone.
Friday. I had soup for lunch and dinner with some bone broth added.
Saturday was smoked brisket for lunch and a steak for dinner. Had to work from 5am till 2 pm Saturday and then spent the evening with a friend watching movies and entertaining the monster.
Sunday had bacon and eggs for lunch and then had to help another friend assemble the most annoying pre-fab metal shed ever created. His wife made chciken stew for us while we were working but I was still so full from breakfast that I didn’t eat dinner. Monster passed out on the way home and slept through the night so I went to bed early as well. Leg feeling much better although still not at 100% but this morning I’d say the overall is 75-80% out of 100 on how it feels vs normal.

on the leg part, are you doing massages on the area? I mean with your own hand, just massage the area and around to get the blood flowing

also, forget to ask,are you taking baby aspirin?
