if you pulled something do not train todayToday sucked ass bro. I think I pulled something in my groin last night. I hobbled around work all day and it hurts like hell. I was annoyed and didnt even eat last night, just made dinner for my son and went to bed. Have a ribeye thawing out now and am about to go out in the shop and do what I can. Not sure how the stretching will go but I’m gonna do my planks and push-ups and try to hit a tricep workout.
