Sorry for the disappearance guys, was out of town doing the family thing. Did good with my diet over the holiday for the most part. Stuck to strictly protein for meals other than my brother sabotaging me. He makes home made sourdough bread and I was unable to resist fresh baked bread bit out of the oven but I didn’t overindulge. Now it’s back to the grind hardcore, I’m determined to eat perfectly clean and get my training in evey day. Will give more information as to reps and weights as well as moening weight daily. Yesterday was one meal in the evening, venison spaghetti with spaghetti squash for the noodles.
