Fuckin ribeye is the best man, I seriously have no problem wasting steak every day, i love that shit

the hip issue was being caused by my concealed carry holster. I carry in my strong side (right) inside the waists and and I carry a spare mag at about 10 o’clock on my weak side outside just clipped on my belt. I’ve driopped so much weight that I’ve gotta wear my bet super tight to keep my paints up and I think one or both were pressing against a nerve in my hip. I found a didfeeent system to run my carry and have been using it for about three days and the hip pain is slowly fading.

I’m old bro? Back when I did lift a lot, 25 years ago, everything we did was simple. We didn’t have all
Kinds of crazy exercises ti supernisolate one part of a muscle. We went to the gym, smoked one or two muscle groups and went home. It’s what I know so it’s what I do. I am however keeps tonsugestyon and learning new exercises. Especially silly with working around these busted ass shoulders I have.

Planks-5sets 1:30, 1:15, 1:10, 1:03, 1:00
Push-ups 5 sets 16, 14, 14, 14, 13
Crunches 5 sets of 30
5 sets with kettle bell. Dunno what to call it, just grabbed handle on each side and pulled straight up to my chin to kinda hit my traps and shoulders. Shoulders are sore after the push-ups but getting better. I’m afraid to do too much isolating them yet because of the injuries.
35lb kettle bell 30, 30, 27, 36, 25
Sirloin for dinner and I was craving broccoli so I had some.

Plank times are improving. Need to strengthen my lower back, that’s what goes first when I’m holding a plank. Definitely feeling stronger and better overall. Haven’t had any issues with energy but I haven’t done any long fasts since before thanksgiving. The electrolytes certainly helped with the energy levels during fasting tho. I’m in the process of training this evening. Got a ribeye thawing out now for when I’m done.

5 sets of behind the head dumbell tricep press w/40lb dumbell 30, 30, 27, 25, 25
Bent over dumbell tricep extensions w/12lb dumbell 5 sets 30, 30, 30, 28, 28
Did some forearm curls w/ straight bar and dumbell in different positions.
Took some psilocybin so now I’m not hungry, will save the ribeye for dinner tomorrow.
 
Is there any hangover from shrooms? Can u take it daily and feel fine when u come off or does your body become addicted?

It depends on how you use them. in my experience there is no physical addiction whatsoever. I mostly micro dose them in capsule form and I’ll take some before I go to work in the morning. I know exactly where mine come from and know that they are 100% safe and free of any other additive other than what is supposed to be there. I would never recommend buying street drugs, EVER!! You will build a tolerance so it’s good to microdose for a couple days and then stop for a few so you don’t develop a tolerance. On days like today I took what’s called a macro dose which is around 2 grams. The strain of mushroom you are taking also has alot to do with how they make you feel as well and I try to take strains that tend to be mild and have a very clean effect. Then there is the heroic dose where you really want to “trip” but I’d prefer not to comment on that other than to say that you should work your way up to it if you’re planning on doing it. With the dose I took this evening I’m sitting here relaxing at home, completely capable of writing this although my phone screen is a bit blurry 😆
I’ve been using psilocybin for a while now to great effect on my mental health. I used them irresponsibly as a teenager many years ago but after reading and listening to all of the benefits they hold in regards to people dealing with PTSD/TBI/CTE I began dipping my toes in the water with the guidance of some folks who I trust and have had nothing but positive results. I fully intend to go to work tomorrow morning, they don’t have any real hangover and I’ll have a great day tomorrow mentally because of them. I know that was a long winded answer to your question and I’d be happy to answer any more you have if you wanna shoot me a PM.

I think psilocybin mushrooms are one of the best treatments for PTSD, but only with micro doses and proper control. I had issues with drug addiction in the past due to abuse and alcoholism, and psilocybin small doses helped me get over PTSD big time.

No hang over but you have to be very careful to microdose and get it from legitimate place. Seems psilocybin will be legalized in CA and OR for medical use, very happy about it. :)

As you improve planks you'll see core improvements. :D stay with this plan we have dont stop it.
Prepare for the big refeed on Xmas, you can have that day to eat anything you want, so lets work in a few 72 hours fasts before that.

Very good weight, congratulations under 220 is impressive. You should feel great, very few guys can achieve these kind of results. :D @ElDurko everyone in the EVO family is very much happy to see this, and I'm very positive on seeing you drop to 200lbs as well next year.
