Carried my fast over from the day before had kind of an off day but I still did my stretching, planks, push-ups and crunches

Planks-5sets 1:31, 1:18, 1:15, 1:05, 1:05
Push-ups 5 sets 16, 16, 15, 15, 13
Crunches-5sets 30 each
Stretching routine before workout
Fasted again so no dinner

Weight this morning 215.4
Probably going to eat something early today and get in my workout before I have to go get the little monster. Need to go replenish my electrolyte spuppies and will start a 72 hour fast on Monday morning @LevButlerov @Eddie Haskell
@ElDurko good you push the fasting forward. I think monday lets start 72 hours but make sure you have electrolytes.

Yeah man, I never thought I’d see 200 lbs again in my life and now it’s an attainable goal. I can’t thank you, @Eddie Haskell, @Npcclassicphysique champ and all of the EVO family enough for all of the suooort, advice, and motivation you have all given, and continue to give me. I will restock on electrolytes this afternoon and I gotta get some more Black Rifle Coffee for the house cause I’ll never make 72 hour fasts drinking this gas station garbage!!

Stretching routine
Planks-5sets 1:30, 1:15, 1:10, 1:03, 1:00
Push-ups 5 sets 16, 14, 14, 14, 13
Crunches 5 sets of 30
5 sets with kettle bell. Dunno what to call it, just grabbed handle on each side and pulled straight up to my chin to kinda hit my traps and shoulders. Shoulders are sore after the push-ups but getting better. I’m afraid to do too much isolating them yet because of the injuries.
35lb kettle bell 30, 30, 27, 36, 25
Sirloin for dinner and I was craving broccoli so I had some.
@ElDurko you cannot go wrong with a steak!

Push-ups 5-sets 19,18,16,16,15
Crunches 5-sets of 30 each
Had ribey for dinner. I took a cross section pic of the cooked steak so y’all can care how I cook them but this one was a little over cooked. The monster was having a sword fight with me using a jambalaya spoon and a roux spoon while I was cooking and I didn’t pull it in time. Still good tho!!

Got in two sets of bent over rows using a 35lb kettle bell 20 reps each set. By that time it was almost 8:30 and the monster was super tired and cranky so I had to go lay down with him. Still holding strong on the fast, this evening will be 48 hours. Have soup ready for refeed tomorrow evening at the 72hr mark.

216 great weight for you, hold it and stay on the 72 hour plan. I like you doing planks ED thats going to improve your core a lot.
 
This is the type of workout I recommend people throw in every now and then to build up their core

You’ll grow to love them man :) you’ll see your core get super tight from planks
 
Yeah. Walmart meats are the lowest quality. It's it's not even worth it.

That's good that you found a good store that has good quality.
 
That's smart, you cut up your stake and you save them.

They actually Taste pretty good when reheated with some potatoes, or some brown rice.
