Post soup pics pleaseSo yesterday 12/10/2024 I took as a recovery day. I thought about not doing my push-ups the night before becaus my shoulders were hurting but I’m stubborn and did them anyway. That night I could barrel sleep the hurt so bad so I took yesterday off. Today is the end of my 72 hour fast so I have soup ready for my refeed after my workout. Will post that update when I am done.
I think you mean 214 after the refeed correct?Weight this morning was 114.8 after my refeed with the soup last night. Ate much later than I wanted to, but that’s life sometimes.

Stretching routine
Planks 5 sets 1:35, 1:28, 1:23, 1:10, 1:05
Push-ups 5 sets 19,19,16,15,15
Crunches 5 sets of 30
Straight bar curls 3 sets 25 with 45lb bar
Isolation curls 5 sets of 10 with 20lb dumbells
Hammer curls 5 sets of 15 with 20lb dumbells.

Got in two sets of bent over rows using a 35lb kettle bell 20 reps each set. By that time it was almost 8:30 and the monster was super tired and cranky so I had to go lay down with him. Still holding strong on the fast, this evening will be 48 hours. Have soup ready for refeed tomorrow evening at the 72hr mark.
