Was late getting home after daycare Christmas party got my planks done while the monster ate and then managed to get in my push-ups and crunches before we had to go to bed.
Workout
Planks 5 sets 1:30, 1:15, 1;10, 1:10, 1:05
Push-ups 5 sets 18,18,17,15,14
Crunches 5 sets of 30
Had a ribeye for dinner. Adding a bonus pic of the monster I took as he was attempting to him off of the couch onto me while I tried to do crunches.
