Yes, one serving when I woke up and one when I got home from work before I workout. Been taking them daily since Eddie Haskell explained that it was the reason I was so lethargic during my fasts. Still going strong on the 48 hour fasts. Ribeyes for dinner tonight.

and in a few weeks we can start a 72 hour fast as well to really tighten you up and get you down to 200-210

Got my hour of cardio in. Got home later than normal, threw the little monster in the wagon, set a timer for 30 min and took off. My headlamp died agter about 10 min but luckily I always carry a flashlight as part of my EDC. Got to the 30. In mark and stopped to check on the kiddo and head back to the house. He lost his shit and refuses to ride in the waggon so I made the return walk with a 30lb 2yr old on my shoulders while pulling the wagon. Somehow managed to keep almost the same pace on the return. Was smoked by the time I got home so I did a shortened stretching routine.
3 sets planks held for 70 seconds each.
3 sets straight bar curls
3 sets reverse dumbbell curls
3’sets close grip kettle bell curls.

That’s all I had in me today.

I can fry jumping rope but my knees are not in good shape. Tore my MCL, LCL, meniscus and partial patella tear in my right knee about 12 years ago. Didn’t have insurance so had that repaired at the gubment hospital. Last summer I injured my left leg and again, did t have insurance so I just wrapped the shit out of it and went back to work. I think I only tore my hamstring and quad because I could. Still walk but im not sure how much damage was done to my knee. It looked like this for about two weeks

Gonna consider this day 1 5th 48 hour fast. I went to an election party last night, had a few drinks and ate some garbage food. Not a ton, and still only one meal a day but it still didn’t count as a fast day. I’ve had slips doing carnivore over the past six months. It happens, the main thing is, get right back at it. Don’t let one slip start a snowball effect of mistakes so I’m back on the 48 hour fasting day 1 5th fast starting weight 236

Exactly! Just electrolytes today. Considering 72 hrs. One, to see if I can do it and two because im mad at myself for slipping last night

3 sets 20 knee pushups
3 sets dumbbell skull crushers
3 sets lying down close grip kettle bell press
3 sets diamond/close grip knee push-ups

72 hours fasted! do a slow soup refeed dont go into meat right away, veggie soup if you have it
