I know it hard and it’s not as ‘fun’ but cardio will make the difference brother. Build the expensive tissues with the weights and the cardio will polish out any imperfections in your diet. A little every day is better than a big session once or twice a week. Like walking steady pace on the treadmill with 10% incline for 20mins daily has huge benefits. Once you get the fire back for cardio and increase the volume each day try doing it fasted and watch the fat melt of bro!! You will love how easy it is to strip fat you won’t want to miss any cardio haha. Amazing progress already too brother you should be proud!

Good lifting day and you're looking extra jacked in the pic.Hey Brothers today was my 1st day lifting i trained chest today all went well. I was only lifting light weight today to be safe. Shoulders feel about 80% healed. Heres some food pics and progress picture and some chest routine today i kept it simple and safe. @Raptor Labs
