Seated cable rows. Look incredible. You're hitting a solid amount of repetitions.
 
I like how you mix up your exercises and keep it fun.

That's the way to do it.
 
Mixing up the grips and changing things up is a really smart idea. Keeps it from getting boring.
 
Definitely be careful on things like lateral pull-downs.

You put a lot of pressure on your shoulders for no reason.
 
You watch out for inflammation and your shoulder going down your arm. That would be an indication that you have some sort of injury That's not getting better.
 
Hey Brothers just had a family funeral the past few days but im back on track had a chest session last night. Mainly dumbbells on incline decline and flat with some cable fly weights Here is some progress pictures atm some yummy food i ate at the funeral i couldn't believe how healthy the food was on buffet 🤗 @Raptor Labs the power in my transformation 💪
