Hey bros yesterday i trained legs and core to rest the upper body. Today i trained pull day on the back. Trying to go everday to train when possible and do smaller amounts of excercises to not overwork the body to reduce any chances of injury. I train a minumum of 4 excercises pers day pluse my lower back and core. Some food and training pics for legs and pull day. @Raptor Labs gives you the power to perform.
