Fasted cardio is perfect, stick to that @FluffyBunnyToday i did fasted cardio in the morning for about an 1hour. 30 mins ski walking tredmil and 30 mins treadmil with random sprints when ever i can.
After gym me and mrs went out for our cheat day of pho soup (NO noodles dont worry lol) and chicken only food intake for today. I usually just have soup...but today i wanted chicken face palm lol
So i made sure i did another gym session later on today push day weights all my weight lifting i start off low then build up to my max comfortable weight i can push minimum of 10 -15 reps. 20kg x3 sets chest incline and 20kg x3 sets decline 20kg x3 sets flat bench did some much needed lower back excercises to strengthen my lower back and some shoulder rotator cuf excercises to stregthen my shoulders. 20kgs x3 sets of shoulder press. I couldnt lift anymore.
and pho soup is a great cheat meal, I like extra meat on mine lol

push more tonight but be careful dont overtrain
