Approved Log My Transformation Weight loss Journey Log

Today i did fasted cardio in the morning for about an 1hour. 30 mins ski walking tredmil and 30 mins treadmil with random sprints when ever i can.
After gym me and mrs went out for our cheat day of pho soup (NO noodles dont worry lol) and chicken only food intake for today. I usually just have soup...but today i wanted chicken face palm lol
So i made sure i did another gym session later on today push day weights all my weight lifting i start off low then build up to my max comfortable weight i can push minimum of 10 -15 reps. 20kg x3 sets chest incline and 20kg x3 sets decline 20kg x3 sets flat bench did some much needed lower back excercises to strengthen my lower back and some shoulder rotator cuf excercises to stregthen my shoulders. 20kgs x3 sets of shoulder press. I couldnt lift anymore.
Fasted cardio is perfect, stick to that @FluffyBunny
and pho soup is a great cheat meal, I like extra meat on mine lol :D

push more tonight but be careful dont overtrain

Wide-grip lat pulldown x3 reps of 15 @ 50 kg

Seated Cable Row x3 reps of 15@ 50kgs

T bar row x3 reps of 15 @ 30kgs

Laying pull ups x3 of 15 reps bodyweight

Hanging leg raises x3 15 reps

Mixed berries and banana and handful of walnuts. Handful of water melon.

Occasionally when really hungry i add some chicken breast handful size with handful of broccoli. Occasionally eggs x3 when feeling the need for extra protein.

Cardio today was at the pools with the kids for an hour couple of laps. 50 metre pool.

Since we have a plan for cutting here, would be great to try to log the foods and times, can you try to do that please? so we can feel out foods and macros bro ;) @FluffyBunny

Ive been ask to share my journey im happy to share and help any old dudes that are overweight like i was! So ill share my roller coaster journey for the beginners like myself that there is hope and if i can lose weight so can you.

Im 46 young..
i was 155kgs
now currently down to 120kgs

here is what i used to get my weight down

i had a few hurdles i had to go through to even be able to use any from of peds i done that many blood tests with my doctor ive now got scars in my arms. Long story short i had iron overload a genetic disease called hemochromatosis once i got that sorted i was good to go.

Ive only just started using injectable l carnitine i wish i had earlier..its been a game changer for me. And also started abit of clen that has melted the fat the last couple of weeks.

i will update a new body scan soon and update pic

Hey brothers had a bit of speed bump, been away i was sick for 4 days with gastro had to regain my strength. Im now back training again thought id post an update i finally hit my initial goal of 115kgs but i will keep droping as much as i can im hoping for 105kgs.

todays fasted cardio 30 mins treadmill max incline average pace for 15 mins. Then after 15mins with sprints x3 for as long as possible.
5 mins sprint on bike
5 mins sprint on sky treadmill.
leg lifts x3 of 15 core work out

keep pushing brothers lifes a roller coaster sometimes
