Hey Brothers yesterday i worked on my legs 🦵 lifting heavy than usual. Today I did cardio hated every minute of it 😂 here is some progress pictures and food pics and training. Ive lost 1kg down to 102 Kgs! Been a long time since I lost weight.

Lol yeah i would rather do leg weights than cardio i feel like the leaner i am the more i hate cardio its like my body rejects it 😂 thank you brother for your kind words 🙏 ❤️

Brother come on man 😂 i sneeze when i see cardio equipment but i still do 60 minutes of boring walking 4 days a week, it is much needed for the heart and cardiovascular system.
 
Definitely can see you dropping into the 90s. I think that would be good for your health, more importantly.
 
Nice to see that you're having fun with your workouts.

That's the most important thing.
 
Maybe go play in a soccer league or something. Something that's fun where you won't even notice. You're doing cardio, that makes sense.
 
Light leg day would be this brother light weight on leg extension and lying leg curls x3 sets minimum. Leg press is my new favourite atm for legs.
Leg press favorite for many guys :D great quad builder.
