Intro Day 1-21 (current cycle at day 21)
DRugs; Tren E; 400/ week
Observations from 1-21 (using tren e) Include: more defined shoulders (growth in shoulders and chest).
Behaviour; aggression, confidence, extremely irritant, criminal, more risk taking
Trains 3X per week; mondays: shoulders
Wednesday; back
Saturday night; rest of body
Time in gym; around 1 - 2 hours

Weight: 91kg
Age: 28
Height: 5,10
Years training natural: 7 years weight lifting; + sports exercise throughout youth (5+ years)
Cardio: twice a week (running)
Diet; potatoes, chicken, vegies around 3k calories, 70 grams protein per day
Sleep; Poor
Goals: more larger, broader and defined shoulders!

More to note:
Will start test e at week 5 400mg/week
Tren e will drop from 400mg to 200mg
So from week 5 onwards will be 400mg/ week test e/c
+
Tren e 200mg/ week

Going for the remaining17 weeks weeks on this cycle of test and tren.

Then going to be on test at around 300mg/ week for about a year!!

1 area that might be hurting you is you are training 1-2 hours

training needs to be more efficient and overtraining does you no good.

You claim 7 years of training but you don't look you've trained much at all.
What does your actual training look like? It seems like you are not spending enough time in the gym and your split seems very unbalanced.
How much experience do you have with AAS? you started running tren 3 weeks ago and you plan on running it for 17 more weeks? Why did you start running tren 3 weeks brfore starting test?
Cardio needs to come up a bit. Two times per week is not gonna cut it. Can you add in some incline treadmill walking on training days?

reason started tren first was because it was the only thing I ordered with limited funds. More funds then purchased test 3 weeks later.

7 years training in and out of the gym. Maybe about 3 years intense focused training.

Never in those 7 years have I met daily protein intake for my body weight. So around 80-90kg protein/day (due to limited funds and other issues).

Avoiding incline treadmill as my hip needs intense physio!

yes; 17 weeks of tren and test. 400 test , 200 tren per week. Could be underdosed or bunk btw. Source says otherwise but could be wrong.

before we go further. And talk cycles etc.

I need to actually see following

your diet, we need actual meals and foods and when you eat them so we can see your situation
training, we need to see sets reps and exercises and weights
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

whatever your reason for trenbolone, we here believe in personal choice so if you pick that go with it but we need more details to guide you see above

My friend that is not a smart reason to use Tren
Reason is it's going to cost you more money in the intermediate and long-term to use it versus doing it. The right way the first time. But nobody here is your daddy. So, whatever you choose to do will still support you.
 
Eddie is, right... You need to post up your diet and we need to see exactly what you're eating.
 
We need to see the Sets and reps from your training and not just basic stuff. So, we can help you.
 
i don't agree with the tren use. I think it's too soon.
 
tren is g2g, but you might be too early using it. we will see
 
tren is a great steroid
Personal choice is what we love and it's about freedom. We will support your log regardless.
