This my log to my first tren/test cycle, I will update it as much as I can, perhaps every 2-3 weeks. I am currently in the 2nd day of my 3rd week of my cycle.
Current stats:
28years of age, currently training for about 8 months now after been off the grid for about 3-4 years, 170cm, weighing currently at 71kg, I started off at 67kg/147lb, skinny, not lean muscle at all. I have moved to live and teach English abroad and picked up alot of belly fat from bad diet, currently around BF20%.) Sorry I dont use lb's guys. This is my first time using Tren, I have used test C and P and dbol in the past perhaps 3 years ago, Anavar as well when just coming onto the scene. This is the actual first time I am this dedicated to my cycle, training and diet ever before.
Cycle(planned for 10 weeks):
Test E - 250mg a week, Tren A is 150mg a week and I am pinning both EOD(mixing gear together).
Liv.52 three tabs a day
Omega fish oil(3/6/9) 2 tabs a day
Vitamin B6(250mg per tab) and B12 twice a day each vitamin
Arimidex started taking as a safety precaution 0.25mg E3D
Acnotin 10mg x1 EOD (NOT ACCUTANE)
I have Prami 0.25mg but have not yet used it, I was hoping the community can help me with a good start off dosage?
No baseline blood work but I am having blood done on my 5th week of the cycle which is in about 2 weeks.
Melatonin for sleep on hand, did not have to use it yet.
Training:
Training 5 times a week, I hit legs twice a week and on each leg day I do 10 minutes of cardio(jogging). Rest two days and on the 2nd rest day I will do 20 min cardio. I am also a P.E teacher for little ones so I do a little bit running and exercising here and there Mon-Fri at work but very minimal. Starting from tomorrow, I will be switching my training routine to Push/Pull/Leg split.
Sleep:
I have a really good sleeping schedule, Monday to Thursday and Sundays I am completely asleep like a baby by 9.30PM. 9.45PM for the latest. Friday and Saturday nights I push it perhaps to after 11PM. No trouble sleeping yet while on this cycle, no trensomnia yet.
Diet:
Every day for breakfast - 4 eggs, spinach + sliced tomatoes + coffee no sugar
Snack - greek yoghurt with some raisins
lunch(only Monday to friday) - 150-170g chicken breast + 150g broccoli.. weekends my lunch will be different, I meal prep chicken and broccoli for my week days
2nd snack - 200g dragon fruit/ on weekends 2nd snack will be 1 can tuna + cucumber + lettuce
before gym around 5pm - x1 rice cake with peanut butter
supper - 135g rump steak with spinach, every night LOL except Friday and Saturday nights + coffee
Sides:
No sides yet, hoping and wishing it stays like this haha. My libido and sex drive has been increasing daily!!!!! My gf for 3 years is loving it, she says my PE** is getting bigger too after sex, she has said this now at least 2-3 times already. I haven't woken up in a sweat pool as of yet other than the usual South East Asia sweat all night since its damn 30 degrees here any given time.
Goals:
I am at 71kg's/156lb now, before cycle I was 147lb I worked myself up from 58kg's/127lb battling from drug abuse. I am 10 months clean, God is great, and my goal is to be in the best possible shape physically and mentally. My goal is also to be around 185lb lean muscle, I am in no rush and I know it will take time, commitment, consistency and discipline to get there but I will get there, maybe not this year, maybe not next year, but eventually, inshallah
