History (Long Winded)
49 yrs old
Pre Accident/Pre TRT:
My best therapy has always been in the gym. I have trained off on on (Mostly on) for over 30 yrs. I have not always trained for size, but I've alwasy trained.
I then found PEDs and improved my strength and size over the several years. About 15 cycles off and on for about 20 yrs or so. have used Tren, EQ, Deca, Test, Anavar, Anadrol, M1T, S23, and MK677 in the past and know how my body reacts. I will follow with pics from various stages.
Accident: In 2021 I had an accident. I fell nearly 18ft from a ladder, breaking my pelvis, 11 vertebrae, 2 ruptured discs and 2 bulging. I also ended up a Morelle Lavelle lesion which was horrific. Over the next year I laid on my back and had 7 surgeries before I could relearn to walk again. I balloned to nearly 280 lbs. (I've always struggled with my weight). At this same time my doc discovered that by Test levels were in the low 300s and I was very Vitamin D deficient.
Back to the gym and TRT: In late 2022 I started going back to the gym and training as hard as my body would allow concentrating on resistance training with a lot of whole body excercises to lose the weight. Even with low T, I have thinning hair and am sensitive to hairloss. I've found that I can ramp up only to about 375 mgs Test/wk without having hairloss and gyno issues on a blast. I have deca dick issues when going over 400 on deca. I don't have prostate issues to worry with. But honestly I've had ED issues ever since the accident. Could just be my age.
After I got down to 210lbs or so I started training for size while recomping more fat: I'm now at 208 and about 22-25%BF. I have a lot of loose skin from the weight loss.
Current TRT regimen Supplements and Meds:
150mg/wk Test Cypionate
0.25mg Arimidex twice/wk
1000mg Omega Fish oil /day
1000mg Citrus Bergamot/day
Mens Mutivitamin daily
25mgs Aspirin EOD
50000 iu Vitamin D /week
Donate Blood Every 8 weeks like clockwork.
TOPICAL Minoxidil and Finasteride once daily.
Oral OTC 25mgs Omeprazole daily
Diet= 2000-2500 cals/day mixed bag of clean and just regular man food. Approximately 160-200 grams protien after at least 1 protein shake/day
Future Recomp Blast Plan for March 2024
Goal- 200 lbs 15-18%BF
375 Test/wk
300 Deca/wk
300 EQ/wk
14 weeks
Maybe 100mgs/wk Tren weeks 8-14 to aid in recomp
2000-2500 cals/day mostly clean 200-220g protein
0.25mg Arimidex X3 /wk
1000mg Omega Fish oil /day
1000mg Citrus Bergamot/day
Mens Mutivitamin daily
25mgs Aspirin EOD
50000 iu Vitamin D /week
600mg NAC/day
1000mg L-Tartrate/L-Carnitine /day
Donate Blood Every 8 weeks like clockwork.
