Pre Accident/Pre TRT:
My best therapy has always been in the gym. I have trained off on on (Mostly on) for over 30 yrs. I have not always trained for size, but I've alwasy trained.

I then found PEDs and improved my strength and size over the several years. About 15 cycles off and on for about 20 yrs or so. have used Tren, EQ, Deca, Test, Anavar, Anadrol, M1T, S23, and MK677 in the past and know how my body reacts. I will follow with pics from various stages.

Accident: In 2021 I had an accident. I fell nearly 18ft from a ladder, breaking my pelvis, 11 vertebrae, 2 ruptured discs and 2 bulging. I also ended up a Morelle Lavelle lesion which was horrific. Over the next year I laid on my back and had 7 surgeries before I could relearn to walk again. I balloned to nearly 280 lbs. (I've always struggled with my weight). At this same time my doc discovered that by Test levels were in the low 300s and I was very Vitamin D deficient.

Back to the gym and TRT: In late 2022 I started going back to the gym and training as hard as my body would allow concentrating on resistance training with a lot of whole body excercises to lose the weight. Even with low T, I have thinning hair and am sensitive to hairloss. I've found that I can ramp up only to about 375 mgs Test/wk without having hairloss and gyno issues on a blast. I have deca dick issues when going over 400 on deca. I don't have prostate issues to worry with. But honestly I've had ED issues ever since the accident. Could just be my age.

After I got down to 210lbs or so I started training for size while recomping more fat: I'm now at 208 and about 22-25%BF. I have a lot of loose skin from the weight loss.

Current TRT regimen Supplements and Meds:
150mg/wk Test Cypionate
0.25mg Arimidex twice/wk
1000mg Omega Fish oil /day
1000mg Citrus Bergamot/day
Mens Mutivitamin daily
25mgs Aspirin EOD
50000 iu Vitamin D /week
Donate Blood Every 8 weeks like clockwork.
TOPICAL Minoxidil and Finasteride once daily.
Oral OTC 25mgs Omeprazole daily
Diet= 2000-2500 cals/day mixed bag of clean and just regular man food. Approximately 160-200 grams protien after at least 1 protein shake/day

Future Recomp Blast Plan for March 2024
Goal- 200 lbs 15-18%BF

375 Test/wk
300 Deca/wk
300 EQ/wk
14 weeks
Maybe 100mgs/wk Tren weeks 8-14 to aid in recomp
2000-2500 cals/day mostly clean 200-220g protein
0.25mg Arimidex X3 /wk
1000mg Omega Fish oil /day
1000mg Citrus Bergamot/day

your log is missing details and please come back and start sharing them weekly or every few days as your time permits.
Diet, we need to see diet details, what you eat and when you eat it and what kind of foods.
Training, your exercises when you train and what you do sets reps and weights.
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

For your cycle, I wouldn't use trenbolone if you have hair issues but test deca and eq could work with lower doses though.
Yet, do you really need that? I think you're doing well now already with TRT level doses.
Why not add 200mgs equipoise and 100mgs deca durabolin with 25mgs proviron and 7caps n2guard? just to start that blaste, not overdo it.

I forgot to add my training and I can't figure out how to edit my original post.
Training:
Currently Training 4 days/wk 1hr.
I switch constantly between the following plans; The individual exercises vary based on a few things; 1) I go to a very busy gym so I vary my exercises utilizing whats available. I have 1hr and do not have time to wait. 2) I let the mirror tell me what exercise I need sometimes, and 3) I have a lot of injuries that I work around so some exercises irritate certain things so I switch it up. 4) I'm never going to compete, I have no need to dwell on that last perfect 10%.

Plan A- 4 Days a week, skip days vary
Day 1 Back and Biceps - 3 exercises per body part 3-4 sets each 8-15 reps last exercise per part always machine or cable with drop sets
Day 2 Chest and Triceps - 3 exercises per body part 3-4 sets each 8-15 reps last exercise per part always machine or cable with drop sets
Day 3 Core, flexibility and legs - Lots of full body kettle bell exercises - Turkish Get ups - Good mornings etc Kettle bell lunges etc. 1hr.
Day 4 Shoulders - Weakest body part- 4 exercises that vary 10-12 reps. Last exercise pert part always machine or cable with drop sets

Plan B-
Day 1 - Push Pull/ Back and Chest - 3 exercises per body part 3-4 sets each 8-15 reps last exercise per part always machine or cable with drop sets
Day 2 - Arms - Sam pattern as before
Day 3- Core, flexibility and Legs - Lighter Kettle bells than in Plan A for more reps
Day 4 - Shoulders Same pattern with Higher reps

Some times I Pyramid train just to break patterns and do something different. I even do HIT sometimes, just because..

On my blast I intend to do the same but add at least one more set per body part.

@LuckyGTR123 in a LOG journal, you keep replying to the thread, dont edit the original post, updating and adding more is that most important.

Even if you dont compete, doing the right training is crucial and keeping a detailed log going is crucial especially you're injecting steroids not playing with some creatine.

I'd like to see more details on the actual training, like record a few days as you go, what you trained, aka what bodypart, which exercises did you do and what weights and reps, knowing how STRONG you are and how much stronger or weaker you're getting is crucial to long term success with cycles.

I read your reply and actually started to break down. It's been hard and scary. Thank you so much. I honestly didn't know have affirmation from a complete stranger could make me feel. I usually don't talk about the accident because everybody has had some challenge in life. I say I had an accident Yadda Yadda. and leave it at that.

I posted my training as you were were asking lol. I go to a very busy gym and feel stupid taking pics of my work outs but will try.

Diet- Ok My diet is not very clean. In fact I would say that its pretty much a dude diet, but I keep it 2000-2500 cals and 150-200 mgs protein. I know that this should be improved but I hate eating clean. I did it for a solid year once and even got down to like competition level BF% but was miserable. It took me eating nothing but chicken and tuna and staying under 1500 cals to get there. Id rather eat a burger and stay under 2000 cals than eat 3500 cals of skinless chicken. Lol. But maybe thats what I have to do to get down to 200 lbs 15% BF I don't know yet. I am willing to get better at it.

I'll get some pics of my supps and gear tonight.

Todays Training. Push/Pull Back and Chest
Machine Row - Machine at 130 FWIW. 1 Warm up, 1 set of 14, 1 set of 13, 1 set of 12, failed.. Dropped to I think 110 and I think got 6 more reps and failed.
Smith Machine BP- 1 warmup set, 1 set 225 for 10, 1set 225 for 8. 1set 205 for 8 and failed, dropped to 185 and got 4 more reps
Hammer strength MAchine Underhand lat pull down - 1set at I think it read 110 per side for 12, concentrating on the negative., 1 set for 12 quicker less negative. 1 set for 10 very fast of the positive side without jerking it with concentration on the negative. 1 set of 8 to fail, dropped it 10 lbs and both sides and got 4 more reps to fail.
Hammer strength Incline BP Machine- 110 each side- 1 Set of 12, 1 set of 11, 1 set of 8 failed, dropped to 90 and got 3 more reps.
I'm getting weaker by this point.
Front Lat pull down. 2 sets at 110 for about 8 reps each. 1 set at 80 for about 15 reps- fail
Finally dip station is empty, but I'm gassed. 2 sets of 5 with a deep lean in. Called it a day.
30 gram protein shake after getting back from the gym
Dinner- Left over chicken Parm, with spinach. Might as well be honest. Took my supps as outlined above.

But it was still a bro diet just not much food. Eggs, Open faced cheeseburgers, etc. Low carb tortilla beef or chicken tacos with and lots of spinach. No sugar, no potatoes. This was supplemented with protein shakes, and the TRT regimen listed above.

@LuckyGTR123 protein and fat so you did low carbs ketogenic, getting back to that I would stay with what worked for you already

I once fell from a ladder to when I was hanging a satellite dish
ended up separating my elbow was back in the gym though three days later because I'm crazy
 
nice to see that you are bouncing back nicely from a really bad accident
I think everybody has gone through something in their life that's really bad like that
