I'm only on TRT right now. But will start my recomp cycle on March 1 assuming I've hot my target weight.
As for the protein range. I'm aiming for 200, if im 20 grams over or under, I'm not going to sweat it.
Right now I feel small from the calorie deficit. I'm very flat and hard to get a pump. Once I start eating, I'll refill the muscles and hopefully look big again.
I am not solid lol. I'm 22% bf easy with a bunch of loose skin from weight loss, which is why I will not be seen with my shirt off. Having said that, I want to be 200lbs and 15% bf.
