Late Update:
After 2 weeks at 1200 cals, surpassed my goal and hit 196 on Mar 1.
Felt tiny and flat with no energy or strength, I have no idea how you guys do it before a show.
ALL of my lifts went down a lot!
I can't get my workout notes to copy to here yet but will try again later. I look tiny as well, but for the first time in a very long time, I actually had a 4 pack. (No I will not be showing it. Weight loss loose skin pics are gross)
Started my recomp cycle on Mar 2nd following the plan I outlined earlier. I'm 4 days in and of course, no visible or strength changes but I'm up to 199 simply because I actually eat 2000-2500 cals now. My lifts still suck even with food in me.

BTW, I had labs drawn for work, on Feb 29th and the results just came in. Yes I'm aware they weighed me at 192, but I'm going by my scale. No it doesn't have all of the values we are interested in, but does indeed have value. I'll draw Labs around week 6 and compare. Just so you know my I used to have low HDL and high LDL because of my TRT, but by using cardarine, citrus bergomot, and Fish oil, they are great.

@LuckyGTR123 try to copy your workout notes, like screen shot them can you do that?

cardarine and bergomot is a good mix add some berberine too

blood results can you post photos? hard to see what you put up
