I've been cruising at 200 mg per week of Test C for going on 14 weeks. I'm injecting 3x week ( mon wed Fri) and taking 12.5 mg of aromasin 2x a week.
I get to the gym 3x a ( weights and cardio). For example today I did shoulders and back. I hit
245x 6, 245x 4 on seated shoulder press. I did 4 rest pauses after then a drop set.
Reverse pullups - warm up then bodyweight+ 50lbs for 8 bdywt+ 50lbs for 7 , 4 rest pauses then a drop set.
Bent barbell rows- 275x8, 275x6 4 rest pauses drop set
Shrugs 405x 6, 405x 4 4 rest pauses and a drop set
Single arm side raises 45lbs- 10,8 drop set
30 min cardio. Burned 450 calories
I had a pre-workout snack of a banana and 6000mg of citrulline and 50mg of dbol ( which I'm going to stop).
Breakfast was
12 egg whites
2 carb smart wraps
1cup of oatmeal
The next 3 meals will be 8oz of chicken 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup black beans and 1 cup of either broccoli or cauliflower.
My last one will be 8 oz of top round and 1cup of spinach.
I alternate steak with fish 4 times a week and adjust my carbs based on work
I'm planning on running
375 test a week
300 DHB a week
12.5 mg aromasin a week
Liver guard
I'm planning on running that for 14 weeks then go back to a cruise for another 16 weeks. That's the plan.
I'm 200lbs around 14 % bdyfat probably a little lower. I have alot of experience with the juice but was on a 10yr hiatus courtesy of the federal government so this will only be my second blast in 2 yrs.
I'd like to get down to 190 (basically a recomp) then get fancy. You guys know the drill ( 2 ius of Hgh a day, metformin 500 mg BID, 50mcg of T3 , 600mg of test etc. ). I have no interest in benching 600lbs or deadlifting 750 again but I would like to look good a few more times before I give it up
Any advice would be appreciated.
