Approved Log My TRT and Testosterone DHB cycle Log

I've been cruising at 200 mg per week of Test C for going on 14 weeks. I'm injecting 3x week ( mon wed Fri) and taking 12.5 mg of aromasin 2x a week.
I get to the gym 3x a ( weights and cardio). For example today I did shoulders and back. I hit
245x 6, 245x 4 on seated shoulder press. I did 4 rest pauses after then a drop set.
Reverse pullups - warm up then bodyweight+ 50lbs for 8 bdywt+ 50lbs for 7 , 4 rest pauses then a drop set.
Bent barbell rows- 275x8, 275x6 4 rest pauses drop set
Shrugs 405x 6, 405x 4 4 rest pauses and a drop set
Single arm side raises 45lbs- 10,8 drop set
30 min cardio. Burned 450 calories
I had a pre-workout snack of a banana and 6000mg of citrulline and 50mg of dbol ( which I'm going to stop).
Breakfast was
12 egg whites
2 carb smart wraps
1cup of oatmeal
The next 3 meals will be 8oz of chicken 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup black beans and 1 cup of either broccoli or cauliflower.
My last one will be 8 oz of top round and 1cup of spinach.
I alternate steak with fish 4 times a week and adjust my carbs based on work
I'm planning on running
375 test a week
300 DHB a week
12.5 mg aromasin a week
Liver guard
I'm planning on running that for 14 weeks then go back to a cruise for another 16 weeks. That's the plan.
I'm 200lbs around 14 % bdyfat probably a little lower. I have alot of experience with the juice but was on a 10yr hiatus courtesy of the federal government so this will only be my second blast in 2 yrs.
I'd like to get down to 190 (basically a recomp) then get fancy. You guys know the drill ( 2 ius of Hgh a day, metformin 500 mg BID, 50mcg of T3 , 600mg of test etc. ). I have no interest in benching 600lbs or deadlifting 750 again but I would like to look good a few more times before I give it up
Any advice would be appreciated.

@Wsrey1969 very nice, this is a perfect log start

and dont worry ;) i dont want to deadlift 750lbs anymore either

this is going to be an interesting log especially with DHB in there
though I would use n2guard as your organ liver support once you out of what you got now

on the training, today example is a good start, but lets start seeing your training as you go, post up your weights reps sets and exercises and when you do them
on the diet part, thats a general diet thats fine but a ribeye steak and lean salmon big difference, so please post up your diet foods and when you eat them as you go, share with us
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I'm a production supervisor. We open at 4 , start cooking about 430/5 and start running by 6/630. Only good thing is I'm usually out 230 so I beat the crowd at the gym.
Wow that is a hell of a life but you sounds like you enjoy it
 
Nice start to the log don't forget to update us on your training as well
 
We definitely need to see your pictures before and after so we can see your progression
 
Tell us a bit more about your work I'm curious to hear some more about what you do and how you juggle training
