Approved Log My TRT and Testosterone DHB cycle Log

So this morning (@330) I had a protein shake 190 cal 30g protein and 11 carbs.
I usually don't do shakes but I also don't like throwing stuff away lol.
Breakfast at 7 was 12 egg whites and 1 cup oatmeal
Had 2 meals in between. Each consisted of 8 oz chicken 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup of cauliflower.
@ the gym I hit chest and back
Incline press super set with bent over barbell rows- 135x10, 185x6, 225x 15,10 ( it's alot for me since my injury) and 135x 10,185x8 and 265x 12, 9
Bench press 265x8,6 supersetted with wide grip chins 45( plus bodyweight)x 10,8
Incline flyers 50x9,50x9 supersetted with lying rope pulls to the face 40x15,40x12
Reverse ab raise with 20lbs 2 sets of 12
Cardio on the stepper for 30 min burned up a fairly easy 300 calories.
Felt good today.
I have plenty of aromasin, test and DHB
I ordered n2 guard and am thinking of adding a sarm for the last month.
Caradine( I think that's how you spell it) is looking like it might help.
Any ideas?
I need anything else?

@Wsrey1969 good update but you need more fats, can you at least add some walnuts or fish oil, omega fats a must
and add psyllium husk fiber daily
and you taking probiotics?

and yes n2guard good call, post a pic when you get it

cardarine can help 10mgs per day to start gw is something you can use sure

I've been using Animal packs. I just got almond butter and we started eating salmon 3x a week including last night.
I'll grab some omega 3s.
I'm going to order caradine over the weekend. I appreciate that. It seems like a good place to start. Everyone have a good day

@Wsrey1969 cardarine good pick get it from umbrella, they have a black Friday sale now, @dylangemelli just posted it

animal pack is good but once done switch to n2guard, its stronger

and adding salmon is perfect but update your diet as you add it and omega 3s ED on top of salmon is the right path
keep us updated more we are waiting

I was going through my old Dan Duchaine dirty dieting newsletters and I saw it

i would be careful with any diuretic... something like dandelion root, which is a natural diuretic is safe and effective but you dont want to drain yourself of water.. only if there is excess... green tea or green tea extract is good, uva ursi and apple cider vinegar and hawthorn are good options as well

I'll try that.
I've had good experiences with dyazide but I went the lasix and potassium route a long time ago and thought I was literally going to die. F...k that and thank you for the advice
 
I had bronchitis. I thought I was going to die. The fever broke Wednesday night and by yesterday morning I felt fine. I just took this pic really quick at the gym prior to my workout.
Real simple stuff
Side raises 25sx 12 then 40s 1set of 10 super set with 225 seated military press x 7 . Did 2 sets with the last set ended with 3 rest pauses and a drop to 115lbs.
Close grip chins Bodyweight x 12 then
Add 25lbsx 12,25x 10, bodyweight x 11
Bent over rows 245x 8, 245x 6 dropped 225, 185, 135
Shrugs 325x 12, 325x8, drop set of 275,225, 135
Light cardio on the elliptical 30 min 250 calories.
Just had coffee prior to work out.
Then 12 egg whites, 1 cup of spinach, 2 carb smart English muffins, 1 TBSP peanut butter.
I definitely felt a little tired today but gtg.
Looking forward to starting the DHB Wed morning
making progress. that nipple looks lil puffy to me
