Approved Log My TRT and Testosterone DHB cycle Log

It was awful. I think I was asleep last night by 7. I know the injects look generic as hell. Some one I have known a long time. I'll say this, if he doesn't have something, the only place I'll use is Domestic-supply. I've been running on and off for a very long time. I'm sure some of the Vets remember Tokkoyo labs and QV.
And in my opinion so many sources start out good and end up going to pot.
I never even thought about Almond butter but I'll grab it this week. I also stocked up on Wild Salmon as recommended here.
I'm thinking of ( on weight training days only) swapping out the black beans for an extra 1/2 cup of brown rice and a banana 30 min before I go to the gym. I'm also going to add a cup of cooked spinach to my 2 eggs white meals. And probably alt broccoli and brussel sprouts with dinner.
I'll post it up as soon as I get it written for feedback.
I have a bunch of tren with some Tren A enroute. I also have powders of Anavar, Tbol, dbol( which I'll probably never run again). I grabbed the tren and anavar in the event I feel the DHB isn't worth it.
I've run a few cycles of tren in the past.
I had serious aggression problems on it but I was at 1 point running 600mg a week of the homemade pellets the 1 time and the other time was much worse.

So this morning (@330) I had a protein shake 190 cal 30g protein and 11 carbs.
I usually don't do shakes but I also don't like throwing stuff away lol.
Breakfast at 7 was 12 egg whites and 1 cup oatmeal
Had 2 meals in between. Each consisted of 8 oz chicken 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup of cauliflower.
@ the gym I hit chest and back
Incline press super set with bent over barbell rows- 135x10, 185x6, 225x 15,10 ( it's alot for me since my injury) and 135x 10,185x8 and 265x 12, 9
Bench press 265x8,6 supersetted with wide grip chins 45( plus bodyweight)x 10,8
Incline flyers 50x9,50x9 supersetted with lying rope pulls to the face 40x15,40x12
Reverse ab raise with 20lbs 2 sets of 12
Cardio on the stepper for 30 min burned up a fairly easy 300 calories.
Felt good today.
I have plenty of aromasin, test and DHB
I ordered n2 guard and am thinking of adding a sarm for the last month.
Caradine( I think that's how you spell it) is looking like it might help.
Any ideas?
I need anything else?

Work has been really rough these past few weeks.
I'm aware of of what animal paks do and don't do. I've been using them since I can remember ( except when I'm locked up).
As far as my liver goes ( without getting into detail) steroids are the least harmful drug I've done. I'm going to look at it today ( n2guard etc) and order some stuff.

F..k DNP. I took that shit 1 time. It stained my fingers orange and I think I sweated out what I left of my testicles.

Well I started the DHB Wed.
My cycle will be as follows
375mg test (125mg a shot 3 shots
300mg DHB (50mg a shot 6 shots)
Aromasin 12.5mg 3x a week coinciding with my test.
14 weeks
First 28 days 50mg anavar ed
Last 28 days 50mg winstrol ed orally
My diet will be; on training days ( weights and cardio 3x a week) I'll have 1 more day of easy cardio for 30min
Protein shake including 2 TBSP of almond butter
12 eggwhites
8oz chicken 1 cup of rice 1 cup of cauliflower
8 oz chicken 1 cup of rice 1 cup of cauliflower
1cup whole wheat pasta 1 cup of spinach 8 oz of salmon or lean red meat.
12 eggwhites 1cup of oatmeal 2 TBSP almond butter
I'll have a banana before my workout.
Off days no protein shake in the am , no banana and I'll eliminate the oatmeal in the evening.
I was 194.6 on Thursday morning.
This morning after 2 days of eating I was 197.
I also will be taking n2guard
1000mg of Vitamin C
1000mg of B complex and a probiotic multivitamin.
My goals over the next 14 weeks are;
Drop 8lbs of fat and maintain my current strength and muscle mass.
I did shoulders and arms today.
Seated military press - warm up then 225x 9, 6 with rest pauses and drop sets
Wide shoulder shrug- warmup then 365x 12,9 rest pauses and drop sets
Standing lateral raises 50x8,6 rest pauses and drop sets
Press down wrists bent for full lockout 95x 28ss seated dip machine 205x14
95x20ss seated dip machine 205x11 drop sets
Db curls 50x18,9 drop set ( that was a personal best for reps for me)
Burn outs rope press down elbows back and close to my body
Ss reverse curls
Reverse leg raises 2sets 25, 18
35 min cardio on the stepper 325 calories
I'll run trt for 14 weeks after 125mg test.

@Wsrey1969 id like to see you boost more protein and some omega 4 fats and replace a banana with some honey preworkout with a protein shake for a mx boost

training is good push it harder, and post some pics of your meals for us
and some pics of your TRT gear
