I have a question; I'm thinking of running Tbol for the first 28 and then the anavar the last 28. I can save the winstrol for when I run the tren next time around.I don't botther with a shake on my off days either.

May through August are basically a wash for me due to work. I know I can get to the gym 2x a week during that period and that's about it. I'll get down to 188-190 this time. Try to get back to 200, maybe maybe 205 and then back down to 190.

It might be in my head but I think I like the DHB. I was sweating more at work today.
I took a full day off and am wired right now. That's after working 11 hours.
That's a typical dinner for me.
1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta.
1/2 cup cooked spinach and 8 oz of fish
Today it was tilapia.
I'll do some cardio tomorrow.
Wednesday will be Chest and Back.
I'm going to start running the Tbol at the end of next week. I want to see what kind of sides the DHB brings me. So far, nothing except possibly some extra sweating today at work

I dropped the volume back in Oct I haven't lost any strength. Actually it seems to be going up slowly. The heaviest I got was 234. That was last March. I started coming down at about 224 but like I said I was sloppy.
